Riverview Cottages

The owners are awesome. The views are something else and well worth the stay here. You come for the fishing and the lake. You meet really nice people from all over.

The owners are very kind and accommodating. The cottages well worth the price. The view and setting is perfect, right on the Trent river. You can see the boats floating by all day. Pontoon and boats rental right next door.

Was an amazing relaxing weekend to me. Riverview was spectacular. Soogrim & Jenny were kind hospitable. I would definitely come again. ❤️

Worst place ever! When someone charges a premium rate for a cottage one makes certin assumptions. Dont be fooled! This is the worst place ever. I can't vote low enough with these stars. (Please note that a star needs to be selected to post this review). Nowhere near a 5 star cottage as previously rated... Let me explain a little.We rented a cottage called Duffys Tavern number four" The photos on the web looked okay but in my opinion this building should be torn down.* The smell of mould and mildew wascomplemented by a natural gas smell.* Natural gas leak from the gas stove.* The ceiling tiles were falling off. Under thetiles looked to be a rotten ceiling (mildew.and mould smell)* All three mattresses were dirty

River View cottages are worth the price point great view of the river between Camron and Balsam lake. And between 2 marinas were you can launch your boat as well as rent one. And as you can see fishing is good.

Soogrim and his family are amazing!We stayed in cottage 8. This place is amazing for the price. Feet away from the lake. Fishing, swimming and boating! Our cottage was renovated recently. 2 of the beds are brand new. Just bring your own tp,paper towels, drinking water and linens.

Notice no pictures of the inside of the cottages, shower is moulded, lights are plugged in, beds are old and disgusting, no heat, toilet sitting on 2x6’s of wood, roofs look like there going to leak, only good thing is docks are out your front door ( but barely afloat) half way off the pilings, than the guy offers me to pay cash to save $16 Lmao nope charge my visa and give me a receiptI’ve stayed in dumps with the guys but this one you’ll need to sleep with your cloths on....and the owner ya doesn’t care he’s only in it for the money

Having the cottage right on the water was very nice.To top it off it would very nice to have either wifi or a tv.
