False advertisment. They advertise a part as 3 parts together but only send 1 and tell you you can send it back at your own cost. I would definitely look elsewhere for your parts. The add said Black seat belt with retractor and pre-tensioner. All i got was the pre-tensioner. It is definitely false the way you advertise

I ordered a number of parts from Ingenext to repair my Model 3. Admittedly, there was a minor issue with the parts that were ordered and what was recieved.HOWEVER, the way Ingenext handled the situation and the follow up customer service I recieved was phenomenal. I'd argue, possibly the best I've ever experienced in the auto industry.I will only buy from Ingenext moving forward. Great company. Great service. 100% recommended.Thank you!
