Ma mère y habite depuis plus 10 ans. Je veux dire Bravo aux personnels pour leurs efforts /initiatives face à cette crise. Par contre, la gestion devrait revoir le salaire/conditions de travail des employés car malheureusement plusieurs quittent.

Nice place, great location.A few items left to fix but it seems they are trying to work on the few remaining issues .Maybe a 5 star is just around the corner.Covid-19: The management did a super job so far to prevent the propagation of the virus.Not easy for everyone but essencial.Thanks.

My mother has been there almost a year and the staff, facilities, and services are all first rate. Everyone I've crossed paths with, both staff and residents, is very friendly. They also have frequent activities for which participation is free. And regular organized activities, which may involve small fees depending on the destination.

Beau, mais très décevant. Le service laisse à désirer ainsi que la qualité des repas. Peu d'adaptation à certains besoins particuliers qui peuvent émerger. Il semble manquer de ressouces humaines pour fournir un service digne de leur publicité. Tout ceci laisse l'impression que la soif de profit prime sur la quiétude et la qualité de vie des résidents, surtout pour ceux moins alertes. Bref, c'est ok si vous êtes en santé et pleinement autonome.

Nice place for our beloved retired people, calm and near downtown of Gatineau and Ottawa.

Please don't send your loved ones there if they need care!!! It was a nightmare!!!My mother was verbally and emotionally abused, she was severely neglected, was left in her soiled garments for over an hour several times and was left on the toilet for over an hour and a half many times. She's 85 years old!!! She went there with a broken ankle and a prolapse colon, expecting to be rehabilitated so she could go home but no physical therapist went. They transferred her pharmaceutical file to their private pharmacy without her consent. I could go on but you get the point. The staff was rude and disrespectful. We finally were able to transfer her out of this aweful place where she was in fear for her well being. I'm posting this so that no one else has to go through what my Mom went through.

I love the place we really would like to live their we just visit the loby and we find very nice

It's a good place for the elderly very chic
