Wasted my time & $.Call anytime 100 times but a machine tells you call back later and hang up the phone.Sometimes at 10am it tells you they are opening from 8 to noon and 1300 to 16.30Call back later.I went to the court in 2023 and after paying the régie de logements the fees for the file they had sent the notice of presentation to the new name of the company.They were present but they said they were not responsible for the older names!!!And I ask the judge ( Administrative secretary)How in the past when I didn't go for the application these people came with no objection to get judgment against me and how come in 2022 in absence of my witness and their absence there is this judgement? I showed her the judgement. she said that judgment was by herself!! then I repeated my question.....She asked me if I had sent the notice of presentation to habitations Sherbrooke Forest? I said régie de logement sends the notice to both parties and they are responsible to send it to the right place moreover you have proceeded in 2022 in their absence and absence of my witness.You also pretend by saying that it's easier that none was present " make me think I would win by default

C'est un tribunal qui protège uniquement les locataires insolvables. Un propriétaire n'a aucune marge de manoeuvre pour gagner un procès devant les juges qui te coupe la parole pour accorder la faceur au locataire même si il paie toujours son loyer en retaard de façon répétitive. J'étais là bas en trois reprises avec un des locataires insolvables de montréal qui a fait face avec trois propriétaires chez TAL pour la même cause mais la juge le soutien fortement et rebouvelle son bail. Je ne trouve pas ce tribunal crédible et je doute forr de la competence de ses juges là. On le ramasse où?

Incompétence et Paresse. Perte de temps. Peu fiables. Inutiles. Employés désagréables, payés par le Québec. Nécessite des gros changements. Frustration garantie.

Their phone service is a mockery of public.TAL. Is running by administrative secretaries sitting as judges.They mess the situation for all so you have to make appointments and pay the fees for ever.I wish they had looked at the civil code before doing their job.When you present them with the code or facts they become agrssive toward you.
