Clean store, pleasant staff, average, inoffensive coffee. It's a typical bland Starbucks offering. They serve the food in paper bags where it sticks to the side, and coffee in paper cups that leave you guessing how hot it actually is.Basically, the style of presentation and the generally meagre ingredients in foods are what deliver both the consistency and mediocrity of Starbucks. The lovely staff and clean cafe cannot of themselves raise this above 3 stars which is the max this paper bag brand could ever achieve.

This place was nasty and horrible. They are so cheap and have no heating. I ordered an egg bacon sausage wrap. The wrap looked promising but it was horrible. In the wrap I got a SINGULAR STRIP of bacon which looked questionable. My wrap was basically an egg and cheese wrap. My hot chocolate was absolutely nasty. It wasn’t hot it was basically liquid chocolate it was wayyy too sweet and had these weird chunks. On top of all of that it extremely expensive and my food took a long time to come

I understand no preordering but no points? They have it advertising everywhere on the tables. Plus the prices are jacked. I still bought drinks for my tired crew but cancelled buying 2 travel mugs, 5 croissants ( @$5 a piece) an 3 cake pop. Also had the worst Dragonfruit refreshers that where watered down.

Allow people to order 8 drinks and hold the entire line up . If they are in a group staying at hotel sorry 2 drink limit make the line move quicker and will make people come down if they truly want coffee. Also why the hell is pre order not available that is stupid not to offer just dumb

Not worth the price to pay for 2 strawberry açaí s! And they don’t let u collect points. Guys don’t buy any Starbucks here. All the same and they r cheating on prices. Bring your own home made drinks or bottles of drinks. The water here tastes funny from vending machines. Plus it was too sweet and asked to remake it and said too late. Go screw yourselves. Being lazy to remake it.

For a tourist location the local staff can be better trained on providing a great customer experience. We ordered a drink and asked for our usual, oat milk. We don't have oat milk" was the response we got. Not atleast

Too expensive. like double the price of the starbucks just outside. Staff attitude was not good at all. for the extra money they are charging atlas they can give better service.

FYI- since this is owned by the hotel it’s double the price of a regular Starbucks order. They also charged extra for a cup of tap water since they’re running low on cups.
