I am so happy with the tune that Ayal did on my Italian bike. It was pricey, but worth every penny! He is honest about what needs to be done, and his work is fantastic. I have had tune-ups done in other shops, but none are as good as what Ayal does at Kind Human.

Amazingly helpful, friendly staffs with outstanding service. Also it's great to have some useful advices on how to fix my bike. You can feel that sincerity right at that time when you get into shop. Changed several shop all around the city as an UBER rider and they are theBEST in the city....Absolutely PERFECT...

Brought my 15 year old Trek road bike in for some life-extending maintenance (new cables, tune shifters, true wheels). Excellent service, completed in one day as quoted and the bike looks great. I brought my off-brand bike in for a tune up. It was scheduled for the following tuesday but they we able to tune it up almost immediately. They quickly identified the problems and were able to fix each of them.Just note, due to covid, their entrance is behind the building by the GreenP parking lot.In the future, i'll be servicing my bike with them. Finally, they have a beautiful dog, i think it's a cavalier king charles spaniel.

Great service and advice from Ayal and Gavin at the shop. They sell both their own design and branded bikes, as well as Cannondale. Good selection of clothing and accessories. The workshop is top notch, working on tune-ups to complete builds. Support the cycling community. Buy local!

KindHuman is an amazing and first class bike boutique/shop. I had three bikes (a couple of which were high quality and needed expert attention) and Ayal the mechanic was absolutely awesome. Second to none. Very fair pricing but seeing the quality of work, I'd honestly pay anything to keep getting my bikes looked after here. Anything. This place is rare nowadays and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a bike or for expert, honest, quality repair and tunes ups. Thank you KH.

This is why I like to shop at a good retail store instead of online.There is no way I would have figured out on my own how to install and properly adjust my new bike trainer.Ayal did a superb job and Gavin matched the online price.Excellent service!
