If I could rate this place 0 stars, believe me I would. Imagine going somewhere to take pictures for what is supposed to be a fun occasion (such as graduation pictures) and not only get poor customer service from the employees but complete disrespect and borderline insulting behaviour from them. Being told “dégage d’ici” instead of kindly asking me to stand aside is an example of the kind of comments two different employees made during a 10 minute photo session. This kind of customer service not only ruins the experience of taking a graduation picture, but makes you regret the whole thing…at least now I know that next time I spend 3 years to obtain a university degree, I’ll just refrain from getting my picture taken by them…

IF YOU HAVE DARK SKIN AVOID. Horrible horrible lighting! How is it I can take better pictures with my phone with some basic sunlight than a studio. They also try to scam you with a “discount” if you buy it on the spot, I highly recommend you don’t. Once you receive the pictures you’ll be realize you did better than purchasing it. Honestly don’t understand why McGill partners with them they truly suck. Also the editor was scrolling his phone the entire time, no wonder the quality is terrible

The lighting is not dark skin friendly unfortunately. The pictures I took with my phone in front of the sun turned out better than the professional shots. For an important event like this, I hoped for betterEdit: the new “retouch” was just as horrible. It makes me so sad, I had to remove myself from the mosaic as well.

Honestly, the worst photography experience I have had. I did my Masters photos here, unfortunately, as it is associated with my university. I will be using my undergraduate photos as my graduation photos. Or taking them elsewhere.The staff did not explain any process to me, and rushed the appointment along. The photographer had no idea what he was doing. There was shadows everywhere and then blamed my makeup, hair, eyelashes, etc. Once I explained how to position the camera, the shadows went away. Once I saw the end photos, the person behind the computer was rushing me along to buy. I was not happy with any of the photos and explained that I will be paying for another seating for re takes.He then put me behind the camera again in his own effort to clearly make a sale. Very unprofessional on both of their parts. Do NOT recommend, there are many talented artists in Montreal, take your business elsewhere.UPDATE: I had my retakes on 05/16. Owner, photographer and partner were lovely and took amazing photos! Listened to my desires and explained the process. SO happy with the new photos, will be using them! Impressed with the company's commitment to customer service and getting it right. Thank you!

Stephanie was super sweet and made the photo shoot very easy and great! Pictures looked great and they made sure that you liked the picture before going onto the next one.

My photographer made me feel at ease, while giving me good directions and making sure I was satisfied in between poses. I didn't feel rushed and didn't need the full 10 minutes! He deserves 5 stars!The delay to receive the pictures was way over 2 weeks for me, and my pictures were not under my university category, so I had to email to receive the correct link. Also, I was never explicitly asked to choose my 3 pictures to retouch on site (maybe they forgot since I was not paying on the spot), and I then realized that they were selected for me . After emailing, I was offered to see more pictures to choose from, but 2 weeks and an email later, I had no answer so I gave up and downloaded the pictures offered.Overall, the pictures are professional and affordable, so I still recommend!

I had high hopes for my graduation photoshoot, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a memorable experience for all the wrong reasons. From start to finish, the session lacked energy and the willingness to provide a good experience. It was evident that the focus was on quantity, cramming in as many graduates as possible, rather than prioritizing the quality and individual experience.The photographers spent very little time with each graduate, leaving us feeling rushed and disregarded. It seemed as though they were more concerned with meeting their quota than capturing the essence and significance of this important milestone. When I politely asked if I could have another photo taken within my allotted time, I was bluntly informed that my four photos were already done, despite there being no one waiting in line.The lack of care and attention to detail was disheartening. As a newly graduate, I had hoped for a memorable and special photoshoot to commemorate this important achievement. Instead, I was left with a sense of disappointment and regret. It is truly unfortunate that the photographers and the overall experience fell so short of expectations.Also, they didn’t have a piece of clothing to be wore with my gown ( it was small). I was told it will be added in postPhotoshoot edit and I was ok with it. Until they gave me the printouts without the edit and upon being asked they claim “it’s a gift, and hence it doesn’t count, and the edits will be in the email!”After paying $100 for the session, the printouts are “gift”!!!I would caution others to carefully consider their options when booking a graduation photoshoot. If you want your graduation to be truly memorable for the right reasons, I suggest looking elsewhere for a service that prioritizes the quality and individual experience, rather than merely rushing through the process. After all, it's better to forgo photos altogether than to go through the worst possible experience on such a significant occasion.
