Purchased a sweater for my husband approx two months ago and didn’t actually give him the sweater until his birthday yesterday (proactive hah). This was when we noticed the draw strings had some damage. I contacted the book store and the book store manager was super helpful and quick to respond. They immediately offered to send us a replacement and sent out the new sweater the same day.I had such a positive experience I will be sure to purchase some more SAIT swag for that reason alone.Thank you !

I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a good experience I needed to share. I reached out to the manager yesterday about getting a hoodie with a certain program on it that didn’t show up on the website, the manager was prompt to message me back and even set one aside for me. I was able to come in today and get my transaction and my hoodie very quickly. I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism held from the manager and his team.

I purchased a book with them and I’m glad I did since they were very accommodating. They replied promptly to my emails and immediately catered my needs. Aside from having quality books, their service is commendable. Thank you, SAIT Bookstore.

I am really happy with the service of SAIT Bookstore. Thorsten Koslowski, the store manager even made an effort of taking a photo of the code I needed for the book that I purchased and could not pick up immediately. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I wish I knew I was able to give a review months ago however I still believe it is worth it. I had rented a text book from the bookstore and in the end was charged over $90 on my cc and was not sent a receipt. I did not recognize the merchant where the charge was made so I had to call to ensure it wasn't fraud. I spoke to the agent and was informed that it could have been for a text book so I assumed it was the book I had rented out. I was fine with the charge as I wanted to keep the book anyways. What I was not fine with was the card that I didn't want charged was and I had no invoice. When I inquired about the charge and an invoice via email to the bookstore, I was not helped at all. The person who replied to my inquiry said that at the time when I rented the text book I had given authorization and that an invoice was emailed to the email listed. I replied back asking for a copy of the receipt as I didn't receive anything after checking all my emails and spam folders. To date I got no reply and still haven't confirmed if the charge was for this particular book. I did not appreciate being brushed off like that and since then I have been purchasing my books elsewhere, which is unfortunate because I would have like to support the bookstore however I do not support the lack of service.

The bookstore at SAIT is amazing, and the staff are wonderful and super helpful. The store manager, Thorsten Koslowski, went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase. I asked about potentially customizing an item, and he found one for me that was in storage.The selection of items in the physical store is much better than on the website, and I highly recommended visiting in person if you have the opportunity.Google Maps isn't the best way to find the store, but its a good start. Once you get to SAIT, I would recommended using the campus map to find the bookstore in building M.

I had a great experience at the bookstore today, Logan was very helpful in finding all the textbooks we needed (and trust me, there were A LOT!) and helping us with the checkout process. Thorsten even managed to find some SAIT swag for the Dental Assisting program that we just had to have!! Thanks everyone, it made going back-to-school extra fun!

I was contacting the bookstore to return books that I didn't need. Mr. Kozlowski was in contact with me for some time via e-mail (we couldn't meet in person due to my workload first and the pandemic restrictions then) and when I arrived to the store he personally met me and arranged a return immediately. I spent like 5-10 minutes there and my issue was solved. It is hard to overestimate my satisfaction from my experience with SAIT bookstor staff and Thorsten Kozlowski personally

Merch is decently nice, but the coffee mugs have painted logos which end up rubbing off after a few runs in the dishwasher. Thought it was a one off so I went and bought more when I was in the city, and while there I was told they’re regular mugs that are dishwasher safe. Only for it to happen to my new ones that were only a couple months old. Not impressed.After the second time it happened I tried calling to ask if they’re okay to go in the dishwasher and got no help on the phone. Was told “they should be fine” and a long awkward silence. I recently tried had some negative experiences with the book store at SAIT. I previously purchased both 2nd and 3rd year modules for gas fitter and was mislead with return policies being returnable if unopened. Now I am being told 7 days after course starts which can predate the time it’s purchased. I may have left my receipt there or thrown it out, so learn from my mistake and only buy if you absolutely need it. I understand a profit needs to be made but nothing was done for my situation. A discount towards books I need or a code book or a partial refund nothing. I was simply told we can’t do anything for you. A lot of people are going through tough times and this level of customer service doesn’t help. I would advise you only buy what you need at the very moment you need it, I have attended classes that don’t even require modules in my 6+ years I’ve attended SAIT courses. And for a material that costs them next to nothing to print I would think some consideration would be warranted and at least offer some sort of aid in the situation.
