Very expensive; I gave clear written instructions that was ignored so the lines had to be remade which made my bill suspiciously high. I'm all for supporting canadian economy but for what they charge it is cheaper to order from china

I was given a Simonize pressure washer. It comes with a useless coil spring hose that you are constantly fighting with while trying to use the machine. I wanted to convert it over to a standard pressure washer hose and wand. I was at Princess Auto and collected most of the parts I needed to do 90% of the job. The only catch was that I needed some way to connect the quick disconnect coupler to the pressure line coming from the washer.Apparently Simonize uses an odd ball thread on the pressure line that you can't find in the usual large hardware stores. I went to see Matt at Industrial Hose and Hydraulics. Matt was able to figure out the thread pattern and then he was able offer a single fitting that was able to connect the parts together and the cost was very reasonable.Some industrial suppliers don’t like dealing with non-industrial customers but Matt was up for the challenge and I was given the same attention and courtesy as a commercial account spending hundreds of dollars. I was pleased with being able to get the pressure washer running again at a reasonable cost. Give them a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed. I will be recommending them to my friends.

The staff was more then helpful. They Let me take fittings home to make sure they fit. Went back and 5 minutes later they had my hose made.More businesses should operate like thisThanks

Buying a hose system for our community garden I found Industrial Hose and Hydraulics initially to be interested in helping us. But, after the sale, there was nothing but trouble. Terrible service, long wait time to get a phone call picked up and to get some attention at the counter. And don't count on them for advice. Despite written specs and verbal details we were sold a hose system that was not appropriate. After it failed we were told that our expectations were out of line. Complaint was ignored, call not returned as promised. The one redeeming factor was the replacement part given for free.

I have dealt with IH&H and Matt on the order desk for over 10 years and at 2 companies. Never a complaint. Pricing is fair and service has always been what I would expect. Keep up the fine work!
