Chapters - Vega

This is my favourite Chapters store. Always clean, always well stocked. Lots of friendly staff to help if needed. Lots of parking. Close to the highway. That's really all you need..!

When the first chapter is open I absolutely loved it. I love the idea of unlimited amount of books and choice of subject matter. Now they offer other things too like warm blankets and cooking utensils that go with the cookbooks. They have a Starbucks. That's concerned the customer who just wants to casually read. The store is clean and they're definitely following covid-19 guidelines.

Big place with many many options and variety.Prices a bit high but you will find what you want there of books.

My favourite chapters since I was a kid. Huge location and a great atmosphere still great do not get me wrong but it isn’t as great as it was. The starbucks along with the seating area near the magazines were when this place was in its absolute prime but maybe I am just nostalgic.

Love the friendly staff, and their place is so big and cozy. Their selection of books is good too! Can't wait to come back

Type of reader: Manga/Graphic NovelsThis location is quiet and for many out of the way, however that also means that there is a more likely chance of finding those hard to find books in-store during a promotional. I was hunting around during the buy 2 get 3rd free manga/teen/graphic novel promotion and this was the only location that still had a large selection of manga left on the last day. The graphic novels are distributed in two areas, the youth and the teens. I was able to find series like Spy x Family and Demon Slayer in the teens section which is close to the kids areas and various other series like reincarnation/isekai genre closer to the other side of the store.The store itself is quite spacious and there is a lot of sunlight coming in which makes it very cozy to walk around.

One of the reasons I'm a consistent chapters and indigo customer is because their customer service is great. I live pretty far now but when I'm in the area, I always try to stop in. When I've had to do returns, they've been wonderful and helpful. I don't remember the name of the manager who helped me out on Saturday, January 14, but he was really great.

Today I had the pleasure of shopping at this location, and I was greeted by Dylan with a big smile (you could feel it even through their mask). While shopping, I overheard Dylan at the front end communicating with a customer who was extremely rude, disrespectful, unpleasant and simply put, MEAN. I was not only thoroughly impressed by the way Dylan calmly compassionately explained the policy to the customer but I truly admire Dylan’s ability to remain peaceful, positive, calm and reasonable.Dylan had mentioned to the customer that they had been employed with Indigo for nine years — and it’s absolutely clear to me why!You’re doing a wonderful job, your positivity and energy make the world brighter! Never stop smiling ☺️

My favorite location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The young girl working in teen fiction had great recommendations for my daughter. The discount section is great, I was able to find some lovely candles for more than 50% off.
