After sales service is -ve 10 I would say. Afterwards they say your upload/download speed is low. Why don't you ask it when we come to buy from you?I gave my hard earned money to them. There should be some checks and controls for such people. If you guys have any please respond.Is there a place where I could complain about them

I am amazingly satisfied with the service. I bought a TVIP box 4k and I am satisfied with the results and it was so cheap $150 for 4k wireless latest v.605 TVIP box and they charge $10 a month box recharge and they instantly accepted my phone call and helped me set up the box.

Never picks up phone!!Got our setup box from him and paid for the whole year in one go!Every month it shows contact the provider or it’s blocked.. AND again CHASING game starts!!Really every annoying and feel cheated

I bought a tv box and while that works fine. He won't really support anything after you buy it.Seems I'm on my own if there's any concern or problem. I won't mind so much if he just responded on WhatsApp rather than just ignoring the message. I bought the service from him for one year upfront cost for my account.I was planning on buying another box but not anymore - I'll give my money elsewhere where they do help afterwards on post-sales account matters.Zero support here. It's the IGNORING that matters. Just tell me you can't if that's what it is.
