Lakeside is 1000 miles ahead of other dental offices I have been to in terms of overall customer service. My shift work schedule is not always ideal to get in for the regular services, but these guys do their absolute best to accommodate. Very friendly and don't overcharge your benefits like some places do. They are thorough, patient and actually kinda loving towards their clients. Big thank you to Dr. Max and your wonderful team for making me feel like family.

Highly recommend this dental clinic! I've been a regular with Dr. Max Wassef since moving to Toronto and cannot speak more highly of the services, the staff, and the overall experience. THE BEST probably sums up my opinion of Dr. Mira, Dr. Max and the terrific team at Lakeside Dentists. Highly skilled, professional, friendly, welcoming, accommodating practice. I have moved several times but have never once given a second thought to changing my dentist, now travelling 45 minutes just to make sure I am having THE BEST take care of my dental needs. Well done Lakeside Dentists!

Dr. Max and Dr. Mira are great - they will always find a solution for the patient, and make it work! Very personalized approach! Supreme clean location, well organized, easy to find and easy to get to on public transport. Easy direct billing for most insurance providers and very friendly front desk! Great family dentist clinic for your routine dental care needs - cleaning, fillings, crowns etc. Also a great selection of cosmetic dentistry services - whitening, veneers, implants etc. They work with great endodontist they can refer you to - so overall - awesome experience!

I had a dental emergency in the morning for my wisdom tooth, where I woke up with a sharp pain. The team were lovely, they managed to accommodate me early morning and the dentist was lovely. He made me feel comfortable and explained my options and told me that the wisdom tooth needed to be extracted. They were fabulous in treating me, and I may have just found my regular dentist who I will keep going back to.

Dr. Wassef and the staff at Lakeside have made our whole family love the dentist! I hadn’t gone to the dentist in over 10 years and the staff made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. My kids love coming here so much that they ask about the next time they can come. Highly recommend!

When I had a dental emergency, Dr. Max stayed late so he could see me that day. He's a great dentist and genuinely wants to help you. I moved out of Etobicoke and I still drive to see him, I absolutely recommend him.

If you already have another dentist , you need to switch to Lakeside Dentist immediately. I don't know where to start! From their amazing welcoming service over the phone and via email, the feels like family" environment when they welcome you in at your first appointment

Dr. Max is wonderful and always makes me feel like family. Everyone on the team is incredibly pleasant, thorough and very professional. You can tell everyone really cares about your experience and wants to ensure you're comfortable during your visit. Communication is fantastic (phone or e-mail), appointments are usually right on time and their work is meticulous. I used to dread visits to the dentist and now I actually enjoy going. Thank you to the whole team at Lakeside Dentists!

Dr Max is very knowledgeable, personable and honest. I have always hated going to dentists but now I come all the way down from Richmond Hill to Lakeside dentists, I also enjoy a nice walk on the lakeshore after my appointments. Thumbs up
