I bought a used RAV 4 here 2 months ago and was hearing an intermittent strange noise from my wheels. I took it in today and they found the problem to be the wheel covers which I bought elsewhere. They were very prompt and courteous and not only was there no charge for the diagnosis, but they even washed my car! I am very impressed with this dealership.

I'm a 3-time client of Mississauga Toyota and have used their service department for 13 years now. Easter Monday 2023 I had the worst service experience I'd ever had anywhere. I took a shuttle home since I was told at 11:30am that my car would be 1.5 hrs and since covid started they seem to be under-estimating the time. But when 2pm rolled around & I hadn't heard anything, I started calling. My call went to v/m, I gave up on hold" twice & finally called the front desk. On hold again

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry from Toyota Mississauga, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I received. Marc, my sales representative, played a crucial role in making this experience truly outstanding.The purchasing process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the dealership's excellent finance team. They explained all the options available to me and worked diligently to find the best solution that fit my budget. The entire process was transparent, and I felt well-informed and confident in my decision.

So far, I have had 2 excellent experiences with Mississauga Toyota. My sales experience was with their sales rep Rowis. He was a great help throughout the LONG purchase experience, always willing to answer my questions and keeping me informed of updates regarding the purchase. As some people may be aware, purchases of hybrid vehicles from many manufacturers often take on the order of a year or more because of supply chain issues and electronic chip shortages during and following the covid19 pandemic. Gas-only vehicles are taking months to be delivered. Rowis was courteous, responsive, and helpful throughout the purchase process. Today I had my 2nd experience with Mississauga Toyota as I returned my vehicle to have a hitch installed beneath it and also purchase a new bike rack. Rowis had helped earlier with selection of a RAV4-compatible bike rack. But the service appointment was handled by Matt in the service department and he was also an excellent employee of the dealership, helpful, courteous, and personable. The install of my hitch took just over 4 1/2 hours and appears to have been performed with a care to the quality of the work. And an added treat was that the service department washed my vehicle as part of the service. I would heartily recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota vehicle or have one serviced by people who know what they're doing with these vehicles. I intend to continue taking my new vehicle to this dealership for any further service it requires.

Very pleased with my most recent dealing with Mississauga Toyota. My vehicle required immediate repair due to an ignition coil failure on a Sunday, and after a quick call to the service department/appointment scheduler they had me come to the dealership the same Monday morning to arrange to fix my vehicle. By the late afternoon, they had my vehicle repaired and ready to go. I am a long time customer of Mississauga Toyota and recommend them to anyone needing to have their vehicle repaired.

If only 0 stars could be be an option for this location it would be a greatThe worst Service dealer that i been…Incredibly horrible service, run by scam artists. I made an Apointment, when i ask them how long is going to take to pick up my Car, they told me…. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, so whats the point to make an Apointment ?? Shuttle service is offered only when the sun and moon are aligned at a specific time over the horizon. The person who received my car told me to wait in the waiting room, that someone would come to call me, after 30 minutes no one came and I went to ask him again, then he told me that he had forgotten and that he would just look for a driver and….. that they could not pick me up back to pick up my car, after 3 Hours i was still waithing for a call back sooo they forgot again to call me, Service advisors are condescending and bad manners. Never returning. Bring your cars elsewhere people!!!!!!!

This Toyota dealership is a bit shady. I have visited this establishment on several occasions, and each experience has been subpar. I recently scheduled service for my car, only to discover that the prices quoted to me in-person did not align with those listed on their website. When I inquired about the price differences, the dealership did not honor the lower price on their website or provide me with an opportunity to speak with the manager, I was told the manager is far too busy to talk to you". Instead

I took a 2019 RAV4 Trail in for Service 3 last week and was very happy with the outcome. Not only were the basics covered, but they confirmed wear on the breaks that I was feeling. There was an opening to come back 2 days later. Now I have butter smooth and powerful breaking - along with a perfectly tuned vehicle. I'm looking forward to many more KM's with the RAV4!

Recently purchased a 2023 corolla se mode - my first time buying a brand new vehicle. There was zero pressure, excellent after purchase service, and I feel great with my new car! Thank you to peter teper for making the whole process seamless. He is an amazing guy, always replies back to your concerns, very helpful throughout the process, well spoken, if you are buying a new vehicle from the dealership ask for PETER…highly recommended

I have been coming here for a few years now and I always get great customer service. My appointment to change my tires and get my car serviced yesterday was super quick and the pricing was fair. Matthew was friendly, provided great customer service and he called to update me as soon as my car was ready to be picked up. Would definitely recommend coming to this location.
