Purchased a large amount of items including helium balloons. Unlike past experiences at other stores these don’t last a day.Update called the store and they informed me helium balloons were good for 12 hrs, since we weren’t told prior to purchase they would refill and come in.Drove 25mins to store and was informed they would not make good on our purchase. I asked to speak to manager and they refused to come out to discuss details. After some effort an employee did make good on our purchase. It will be the last dollar we spend at this location.

Service was so helpful & kind, helping me pick the perfect balloons & inflating them quickly & easily. The sweet service girl helped me come up with a fun & affordable surprise for friends. Would recommend!

Friendly staff, helpful on the phone and In store. I was shocked at how good the pricing was for costumes and things. I've been buying off Amazon thinking they were cheaper but boy was I wrong! This place is amazing!

Need balloons? Need party supplies? Party City have you covered! I couldn't beleave the amount of different balloons that were available. A couple was out of stock, but there are always more to choose from. They will even fill them with helium for you. Great store. I am photographer..so usually stop at this location to grab props for photoshoots .

Got birthday balloons there. After 3 weeks (!!!!) they are just now starting to slowly deflate. I’m absolutely amazed. They give you a guarantee of 72 hours but they have hold up so well.

Visit this store for the first time. There's a huge collection of Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, Bridal, baby shower decorations. But really disappointed with the customer service I ask one of the store associates for help because the item is on the top shelf. And she said she will be there in a minute and we waited 10 minutes for her but she didn't came sitting and restocking the shelf. I feel customer service would be the first priority. You should consider costumer first before anything else.

Very full and stocked up well with various items. Customer service was absolutely horrendous tho. Absolutely. A young employee was incredibly rude.

Went to look for ramadan decor and they were well stocked. Their debit system went down but the staff was very apologetic and kind about it. Thank you for being inclusive of other faiths and carrying Eid Ramadan decor.
