We had a wonderful and professional appt with Doug. He was kind and supportive and listened to my son. Our brace arrived in very quick time and even though we were in a disaster they made our fitting happen despite scheduling challenges. This was very much appreciated due to my sons injury. I would highly recommend Ossur and Doug.

I was referred to this lab by my son-in-law because he had a good experience. I too was pleased from the start by the warmth of the receptionist Makenna, and the most helpful clinician, Leanne. She was very kind and careful to see that I received the correct device for my particular problem, and that I understood completely how to use it. I highly recommend this office for your motion needs!

This was one of the best experience I had . He was so goodwith my son. It made getting orthotics done up for him quick and painless. And he took the time to explain things to me to the point where I understood and that makes all the difference. Again best experience I’ve ever had totally would recommend !

Arriving at Ossur Motion Lab with no idea what to expect and in considerable discomfort, staff at the Abbotsford location were on time, professional and informative. I left with a brace that almost immediately made a positive difference and highly recommend this location and their committed staff to anyone in need of orthopedic services.

I didn't know what to expect from my initial appointment...although this was my first encounter with OSSUR service...past experiences of referrals for 'aids' proved to be 'more about sales' pitch, than my needs, so predisposing to apprehension. Leanne is a definite asset to the OSSUR company. Leanne was professional, knowledgeable and completely respectful. I had such an instant comfort with her that I was at ease to disclose to her my inner thoughts and feelings about my well-being. I'm facing bilateral knee and a hip replacements and am glad to know that I Leanne is readily available for my needs and to answer questions. Reception and Professionals to notch.

Fantastic staff! Very knowledgeable and They take the time to listen so they can figure out what will best work for you. As for my custom fit knee brace, it is incredible!! I never knew how much physically I had lost when it comes to my knee until the first time I put my brace on. If you have suffered a injury and don't want to deal with the dangers of surgery!! Call and set up an appointment with Ossur and get your life back !!

I went in to have orthotics made to help with mobility issues caused by a broken ankle... It's a special case because theirs limited motion. Anyway Doug was very thorough and knowledgeable, asked the right questions, made me feel comfortable and was also passing his experience to a student who was no intrusion and also observant

Had to get fitted for a brace for an upcoming surgery. Jeremy and the gal at the front desk were great. We traveled by cab and we ended up early but they got us in quickly and got everything we needed. Such a stress free, very informative appointment. Very glad I got sent to this clinic, was a great experience! Jeremy, awesome job man!
