Oh boy. Let me tell you my experience. Went in for a toothache. Told me they couldn't fix it, and they would have to pull it. Well, that tooth was infected, and instead of putting me on anti-biotics to rid the infection, they pulled it anyways. Within 12 hours of getting it pulled, I was in the hospital with Myocarditis. The infection spread to my heart. 5 days in the hospital, and a month off work. Would not recommend this place, as they don't care, and the simple fact they almost killed me.

A giant thank you to Tammy and all the team at Dawson Dental for putting me at ease. I'm always a nervous customer at the dentist, so I can't believe I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

Just had 3 wisdoms and a molar extraction performed by Dr. Barkin and his team and they were wonderful. The receptionists are extremely welcoming and pleasant. The office is immaculate. I will be returning for future dental issues 100%

I haven’t been to the dentist since prior to Covid, had lots of anxiety going back since it had been so long, I had the pleasure to be helped by Tammy, she is super friendly and very insightful on things and actually takes the time to teach and inform so you are taking the best overall care of your teeth, made the experience so much better and calmer for me :)

I have been to many dentists office before finding a keeper. The team at Dawson a dental in Cambridge are great and make my family and I welcome , comfortable and greatful!

Extreme lack of professionalism and compassion from both the front desk staff as well as the dental assistant. My experience was an absolute nightmare. In addition, I have been leaving messages for the office manager who has ignored my requests for a call back for the past 12 days

So unorganized!! Called me day of my last appointment, the dentist had to leave and no one would be able to be there for my nitros. Fine, I can accept that. Booked a new appointment, called me the day before, and they don’t “feel comfortable” with it. Why on earth would they wait to tell me the evening before my appointment, that was booked for the second time? I took a 1/2 day off work to accommodate there schedules and when they can fit me in for my needs. Don’t waste your time friends!! Find a dentist that cares about your time, and your teeth!

I am so happy with the service I received at Dawson Dental yesterday! I haven’t been to the dentist for a while because I didn’t have benefits, the pandemic and I had a negative experience at my previous dental office. I finally booked an appointment after researching dental offices and finally decided on Dawson dental because of their quick replies (emails and text messages) and kind and knowledgeable employees. The dental assistant who did all my x rays was phenomenal! She made me feel at ease and explained things to me. I have been to 2 dentists prior to Dawson Dental and have never had such a comprehensive dental exam. It makes me feel confident that my entire oral health was being looked at. My dentist listened to all my concerns and gave me advice. It was also my birthday and every single person I came into contact with wished me a happy birthday which makes it feel like a very personal experience. They also had balloons waiting for me and a birthday card. I’m very impressed and feel like I made the right decision! Thank you!
