Firstly, I did not have the best interaction with her over the the phone and on text. She was rude to me and I had to tell her that I would not accept sly comments. Secondly, she did not have the best hygiene. She was walking around with the gloves touching equipment that was not clean and then proceeded to pierce my ear without changing her gloves. Thirdly, at the most, I would only recommend this place for a lobe piercing. She uses a piercing instrument" which is basically a gun

Michele has done my eyelash tint twice now and I have been very happy with the results. The first visit she left the tint on a little longer and the lashes were amazing! The second visit was a little shorter so the result not quite as dramatic, but still way better than my natural colour. Michele is very personable, and has been punctual. I will go back. Thanks!

I was super nervous but excited to get my nose pierced, after being told by friends it was like being punched in the face. I was super happy to have zero pain, less than even getting your ears pierced.Great service, thorough info and caring, quiet atmosphere!Would 100% recommend!!

Michelle was so amazing! Great advice, and obviously very well experienced. She pierced my 6 year old daughter’s ears on Monday and she was so professional, and so calming. My daughter was so excited to see her earrings and really understood how important it is to care and clean her ears regularly. Pain free experience for my sweet girl and I’m so thankful for this great experience! Highly recommend!

Very impressed with my overall experience here! I had my daughters ears pierced today. She was incredibly kind,calm and caring for my daughter. Very well educated and clearly experienced. I would highly recommend her services. I am definitely returning when my other daughter is ready for hers, as well as future services for myself :-)

Michelle was very easy to talk to. she was nice and was welcoming. She did a great job. She told me what to do to make sure my piercing was cleaned. I would recommend her for anyone.

Michelle is highly knowledgeable and her spa is so clean! She is adamant about hygiene, and single use tools when possible. She also eased my nerves about piercing by talking me through any concerns. Ive already booked another appointment with her.

I had my nose piercing done by Michele. The process was really smooth and I’m happy with it.The reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because I forgot she said no questions over text message about piercings and I asked a yes/no question and she didn’t respond very professionally even after she said she knows people forget things after the appointment.It was overall a good experience though. I might go back for another ear piercing.

My 6 year old granddaughter got her ears pierced by Michele and had a wonderful experience! Very professional and made her feel very comfortable. Her COVID protocol is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend her for any procedure

I had ear piercing here. Prices are reasonable and place is clean and kind of sophisticated. The girl who pierced was very sweet. Limited options though but I loved them all!!
