Love this Pharmacy team.I used to go to Shoppers like everyone else and you're treated like a number and a piggy bank. I would call to get a prescription and it would be several hours before it would be ready. I had several occasions where I would request a prescription and go to pick it up and they didn't even had the stuff in stock and would tell you until you got there. I've also had a Shoppers pharmacist question what my doctor had requested and implied that I was faking an illness.Anyway, I live 100 meters from Danforth Central Pharmacy and passed it by all the time until one afternoon Shoppers was out of stock again. I went in to the Pharmacy and met Mina and Sarah and fell in love. Mina took care of the hassle of transferring all my family's medications.Whenever I call, my order is ready in a matter of minutes. The team is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the medication and how to use it correctly and doesn't get annoyed with you if you have several questions or if they have to explain the instructions again for you.They are always pleasant to deal with, treat you like a person, always remember your name and face and are a pleasure to talk to.The fact that they have 20+ reviews on here and their rating is 5 stars speaks volumes.

Avoid this place!!!! Used to be a great Pharmacy when Mina And Sarah worked there. Now it's horrible!!! AVOID!!!

This pharmacy scammed me. I have insurance through my work place that in 2021 had a co-pay which I paid no problem. I was excited in 2022 that my insurance no longer had co-pay and 100% covered my prescriptions. Which although not a lot of money was nice to be able to save. I have never occurred a problem with this change at this pharmacy, all my prescriptions in 2022 where 100% covered. Last week I asked to fill a prescription and was surprised that I apparently owed money. When I questioned why as my insurance should cover 100% of the costs I was told by pharmacy staff that my plan had a co-pay and that was what was left over. When I again questioned as this had changed months earlier I was told I was wrong that I had co-paid in July 2021 so I didn’t have 100% coverage. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I picked up my pills and paid the fees due, planning on submitting the receipts to get the money back. I was informed by my insurance company at this point that they didn’t cover all the fees because the pharmacy was overcharging for the medications, they had paid what the medications where worth. At this point I was furious not only had the pharmacy lied to me about the reason for the charges but they had also tried to scam my insurance company of of more money, which I ended up paying anyway so they won. I don’t plan to use this unprofessional establishment again unless this issue is acknowledged and apologized for especially as I was called a liar and was provided wrong information about my own insurance coverage. Don’t go here if you can avoid it.

Small neighborhood pharmacy that has a walk in clinic on the same floor. Very convenient location for those living close to Greenwood and Danforth. Staff is excellent. They provide better customer service than the large drugstore chains. Delivery service available. ☆☆☆☆☆

Amazing staff and service! I was having a hard time chasing my prescription from my doctors office (they kept faxing to incorrect pharmacy location/number). Sarah and Mina I believe were the two that helped me throughout the process . I called them many times due to the confusion with my doctors office, and both pharmacists were super patient and did not sound bothered or annoyed at all. They genuinely wanted to help. Thank you so much, haven’t experienced such awesome customer service in a very long time!

Great people work here. They build a friendly rapport with every person they serve. After experiencing appalling service at shoppers drug mart I was stunned at how fast I got my prescription here. Not just that, my senior mom always mentions that someone delivers her medication to her since she lives so close by, which is the sweetest thing ever, and I thank you.

This was the best pharmacy when Sarah and Mina were here, now this pharmacy is only going down hill. You have workers that are there now spreading my medical business around like its a high school.
