Dr Bertrand fixed my arm and shoulder after 3 years of pain! She gave me my life back! She’s professional and careful!I had never heard of prolotherapy before and tried it cause I was out of options. This doctor treated me and injected me in the wrong place and have suffered worse pain ever since. Expensive treatment, phoney sympathy and questionable knowledge.

Very rarely will you meet a doctor so helpful. She specializes in pain specialist. The average wait time to see a pain specialist is three years in British Columbia. She is doing the community a great favor by operating this medical clinic and accepting/treating patients within weeks. I would definitely recommend anyone with pain issues to contact her office.

When it comes to Prolo I really hate giving a bad review because the Prolo when preformed by the right Dr/Naturalpath is remarkable when treating pain...but Dr Bertrand is dangerous. I decided after coming to Vancouver to try Prolo on some other pain area's after my Naturalpath (Different City) successfully treated brutal nerve pain in my upper back and arm . I visited Dr Bertrand on half a dozen occasions so my review is not just a one time visit but experience over months. Dr Bertrand hit a nerve 2 -4 times PER VISIT!!!! Hitting nerves IS NOT THE NORM! My Naturalpath NEVER hit nerves. A nerve was hit in my head, neck, arm, back. Dr B would come at me with a nerve block to stop the BRUTAL pain she caused not giving me any time to see if the nerve would settle down and by the time I was home would be in agony. The nerve she hit in my head was so bad I couldn't open my eyes after. The visits were so scary that I have on several occasions thought of contacting the School of Physicians and Surgeons to have them investigate. I'm genuinely concerned by her attitude and treatments.
