My sister ordered a venti hot green tea and they gave her two cups of hot water. The manager came and yelled at her for asking to clarify why she was being charged $4 for an iced green tea (what?) but was handed two grande cups of boiling water.When someone says firmly they just want to receive what they paid for you don’t get to throw the receipt at them.Someone help the staff please.

If i could put 0 stars I would. Every time I went to this location my order was completely wrong. I even told them and they screwed it up again. The employees didn’t care either! not even an apology. I think with the amount of money i was spending there they could at-least fill up the drink but they couldn’t even fill it up all the way. Terrible service!!

This is the best Starbucks in our area. They always go above & beyond my expectations. You feel as a customer when they remember you're order everyday & your name, your not just a customer. It's relaxing & never stressful when I go to Starbucks.

Extremely terrible service. Ordered latte with extra shot of espresso and lactose free milk and got neither. Waited forever and o ly person in drive-thru. Not sure what they are doing. Avoid it.

Ordered 3 grilled cheese, none of them were cooked! They didn’t flip the sandwiches, so one side was warmed and the other cold. Felt like they just came out of the fridge almost. For the amount of time we waited for them, they should have been burnt!

I'm leaving a review after the third time I've been to this location. For the third time, they got my order wrong - I said no ice and for the third time, they prepared my drink with ice. All three times, we wait at the window a good five minutes before getting the wrong drink. But it's not just us; every car in front of us also waits five minutes at the window.
