Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Car wash problem and vacuum was not working after I paid and the guy who was working there was very bad to answer me to solve the issue as not care this what available .I ll stop renew this bad car wash with unprofessional service

I don't want to wash my car there,it's waste of money,and not working there vaccum cleaner also

Service in the store in usually excellent. An RBC ATM is an added bonus. Generally supplies outside are available. The touchless car was is very good but the dryer hasn't been doing a very good job over the last couple of weeks. I'd bump the review up to 5 stars if that issue is resolved.

Wish there was a 0 star option. The car wash had no soap. i paid 15$ and the attendant would not even refund. Called customer service but phone goes silent after few rings. I emailed them and they offered me refund in the form of petro points. What a joke. I guess Ill be fueling my cars at a different station from now on.

AVOID THIS PLACE!I only ever stopped for Gas here once, & I surely never will again!I purchased the car wash after buying gas and the attendant asked me. Mind you he was not polite at all. The car wash was so aggressive on my SUV it damaged my passenger rear-view mirror.I went inside and told the gas station attendant, they seemed to not care at all, made me fill out a big form and said the owner of the Gas Station will review it and contact me.2 months later, still no call. I am a busy person and have no time for ignorance, disrespect, damages and bad people so I simply will never return here again, had it been a larger issue I would have taken all necessary actions.This is an example of someone being a liar and corrupt. They want us customers to pay, but they will damage our vehicle and not reimburse us restitution? Nefarious and draconian are the only words to describe that!

Mix review here. Some of the staff is very good a quite friendly. Other staff, especially during the day is generally lousy. They have diesel here which I need. The car wash here is very good and I believe the only touchless Petro Canada car wash in the area. A little more attention to detail on the supplies outside would be helpful as well.

One star because I can't do zero. Bought a car wash. The scanner wouldn't scan my ticket. Screen wouldn't work for me to punch in my ticket manually. The guy behind the counter wouldn't give me a refund only another ticket that may or may not work. He also wouldn't give me his manager's info and told me to go on line and find it myself.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. I will not be going back.

No experience with in store employees here but car wash here is not that great. I only drive here when I’m already in this area. Car wash leaves soap and dirt over car and dryer barely works. Good luck drying that car.
