Precision 4k Property Maintenance

We hired this company to install sod over 11,000 sq ft. We were expecting prompt, communicative, excellent service. What we got was confusing communication about when exactly the work would take place. The workers who showed up for the job openly swore about my neighbor as well as the owner of the company. Every time I went out to speak with one of the workers, they were unpleasant and slightly rude. When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, he seemed more interested than setting up a time for his wife to come pick up the money than he did in providing good service. All in all, I felt like an emotionally-jerked-around ATM. I communicated my frustrations to the owner and he provided excuses and smooth-talking with no attempt at going above and beyond. If you want good service, go with ANY OTHER COMPANY EXCEPT Precision 4K!

When I contacted 4K Property for an estimate talking with Will left me confident that he knew what he was doing. After much anticipation due to the rainy weather, we were finally able to have our backyard redone. In a last minute decision just hours before starting, I had to contact Will to replan the backyard! He went with the flow and allowed me to make the changes which, while not huge, were not part of the original plan. Not making a huge fuss about it, helped reduce the already stressful situation. The crew that came to strip the yard and haul away what was there were efficient and I loved how the one girl working helped with planning out with some ideas for the new changes.There was one small issue and Will was responsive and willing to make sure that it was changed and to our liking. Can’t wait to enjoy our backyard again and stop arguing with my husband on how we can “fix it”!!!We will be looking to have our front yard redone in the future and I wouldn’t hesitate to have 4K Property come and do this for us.

Just finished having our yard fenced in and actually enjoyed the experience. The crew were very efficient and worked with us to get it the way we wanted. The results are fabulous! We certainly would recommend Will and his crew. Thanks guys!

Promise’s promises promise’s. Over sold and under delivered. Said he would be On Site daily and only showed up when it was time to get payed. Once I paid he won’t respond to poor work. Crew were always sitting around. Save your money!

I booked a Spring Clean Up and Power Rake in April after a flyer was left on my front door. Initially I quickly heard back from the owner and he indicated that my lawn would be done by the middle of May. That day came and went, with no responses to my email, phone or text message. This was frustrating and does not follow their promise on the website of following up within 24 hours.

Reached out to them from a Facebook Ad. They booked me in quick and did a great job. Great communication and prompt responses. They did snow removal from my roof and cleaned up the driveway and sidewalks perfectly. I’llBe using them again.

My Mother hired this business for snow removal for one month, then canceled. They drive on with a truck on the driveway, packing it down, then use the scoop that is on the front on truck and back up and remove snow. They never get all the ice build up off the driveway. Was very disappointed in the service they provided.

Professional from beginning to end, Will was awesome to work with. He gave us pointers for what kind of things we could do to prep for the sod installation and offered advice on other projects we were doing at the same time. His crew showed up on time and cleaned after themselves. It was refreshing as our experience requesting quotes from other companies resulted in missed appointments, lack of communication, and outrageous quotes. Would use again, hoping to update with photos in the Spring. Thanks Will.

not impressed, hired 4k to install sod and black granite. over promised and under delivered. Sod went well and I think they did a great job but said he will have 8 ppl laying sod, only 3 ppl came out, one left early to get a tattoo done. the other had no experience as she was the girlfriend of one of the workers, she worked hard to help out and did the best she could. sod was not laid straight and i pointed that out, they tried to fix it and as a result half of the yard was not straight, shouldn't have any affect of the outcome but still. Will said they roll before and after, well the before never happened and once he got paid because i had to leave he left halfway after rolling half the yard (on camera). he promised he would clean up all the rocks that was dumped in my driveway but didn't, blaming his crew saying he told them to clean up, but they all left the same time. said they would clean up the mess his skidsteer made in my driveway and ditch but didn't. rocks where not laid out even, i have some spots that don't have rocks that I need to cover myself now. said if I can do it that would save him a trip to come all the way out from Morden.
