[Edit:I greatly appreciate Sports Clips' reply to my review and am making a few changes! Their customer service is excellent and I'm grateful that they reached out to help rectify things.]Unfortunately, personally I have to say that the haircut I was given a few days ago wasn't worth 30$The only downside with my experience was that obvious small details were overlooked and I'll be returning with the expectation that I may have to clean up the sides at home.Other than this I had a pleasant chat and customer service experience! :)

I went in for a cut and it was not good, I showed a reference picture to ruby saying to barely touch the top other than layering but when it came to the layering they just cut more hair and when I asked again for layering they cut it even shorter out of maybe 5 cuts there I’ve had 1 good one definitely not going again

Not like it was when it first opened. Sports are on and sports based but the actual stylists have changed to more of a first choice type place. Just meaning they are not big sports people

That always do s great job with my kids' hair and they actually listen to what they want done. The boys really like the MVP cut with the little massage too. Reasonable prices.

This is my second time coming to Sportclips Leslie North and I have to say I have been blown away both times. I worked with 2 different stylists and both did an excellent job and showed a lot of knowledge and skill. I was happy with my haircut both times!There is a lot of value in the Sportclips business model and phenomenal stylists so I will definitely be going back!

I look this place up, go to their website and it says the wait time is 0 minutes. I decide not to check in because I still have to drive there, that takes 20 minutes. I thought it would be inconsiderate of me to check in 20 minutes before I got there. When I arrived, there were two people checked in ahead of me, neither of which were at the salon yet. So I sat in a chair until 20 minutes later when the people who checked in actually arrived. Why not just allow people to book appointments online instead of this check-in non-sense? I felt like my time was completely devalued and I will never return. I would give 0 stars if I could.
