Very happy with the service. Tyler explained everything up front, got the car in when he said he would, called me after diagnosis to get approval for the repair, gave me options for parts, and was finished when he said he'd be finished. He also charged me exactly what he quoted me. It wasn't complicated work so I can't comment a lot on his expertise but he is clearly very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. I figure he earns five stars for his communication and approach to customer service on its own. I've got another vehicle booked in with him.

If you are looking for a top notch professional red seal mechanic that is knowledgeable, honest and good value for money then Tyler is the mechanic for you. I am very particular about who works on my vehicles and my BMW is no exception. Problem is can’t find many mechanics in whitehorse that are qualified to service a BMW. I saved Accel Auto's number just in case. Suddenly my car needed an alignment for first time, and I checked with the most known places in downtown, no one had time, except Canadian tire. They did not do the alignment because other thousand problems they invented on my car with a crazy price! I remembered that I had Tyler's number and I called to get a second opinion, he did not have time (this happens with people who do a right job) but he kindly opened a space for checking my car 2 days after, since I was in a rush for a long road trip that I wanted to do. He checked my car in front of my eyes and showed me and told me the truth, only a couple of thing to fix and much cheaper than Canadian Tire invented! Unbelievable! Tyler fixed just what it needed. Then, I travelled 8000 kms after that with no issue on my car, it run perfectly. Thanks so much Tyler for your reliability and commitment with your clients! Totally reccommended!!
