Worst tim hortons i have ever been to. I come often first thing in the morning and the staff has to be the rudest i have ever come across. I get that its 5am but if you dont want to be there go work somewhere else. They rush you in the drive thru and basically throw my food at me or even sometimes shake them out the window aggressively. Ontop of that they never have any baked Goods ready until at least 5:45. Keep in mind they open at 5am. Im not asking for breakfast sandwiches but a donut or muffin being ready would be nice for once. I even have to ask if they have any before I order it which they always reply with a hard “NO”. This has been like this for years but today was the final straw, I definitely will neverGo back. I would rather drive out of my way.

One of the worst Tim hortons in Canada.The service is garbage, constantly being rushed to order, staff is always getting orders wrong, and on top of that they purposefully put whip cream at the top to hide the fact that they half fill the drinks to stiff you. The ice caps taste horrible and the food tastes like plastic

Enroute stop for Tim Hortons coffee here and had in house experience.Though no photos taken, interiors arrangements and ambience was up to mark and pleasing.Serving was perfect.Enjoy your visit.

This place is filthy! There floor behind the counter is full of garbage. The tables are always grimy and sticky and the wast containers so overflowing the people have to put their used cups on top of the trash instead of in the trash.

This Tim Hortons has something wrong going on. The coffee is ALWAYS watered down. I asked about it once and was told I was wrong. If you walk in, prepare to be ignored by all staff who are solely focused on the drive thru. I'm always polite, and when staff does serve you they are also polite, but the service is always really slow, and the coffee is always watery.

The morning shift mon thru Friday are fantastic.... the kids at night NOT SO MUCH. They definitely need a manager to stop the nonsense. It shouldn't take 25 mins for 1 coffee 20 mins of that time waiting in the line up/ drive thru. Also..... the drive thru is always a disaster. Flows out onto hwy 27 causing next to impossible left hand turns into the plaza. Definitely a recipe for serious accidents.They also don't educate their staff when prices are raised and how to explain it to the customers. Tea is more expensive than coffee now????Tim hortons I find you to be very bold to raise prices as you do when the staff can't even make a proper coffee, and aren't managed properly to actually take the job seriously!Do Better!

BAD customer service: girl behind the counter was on her phone the whole time and man taking my order was picking his nail and looking down while taking my order. Also, this location is always out of potato wedges which is their only gluten free option!!!

This place NEEDS to change management!!! or just shut down. I love Tim Hortons but this branch ruined it all. I can't find anything good about it.Bad Food.Bad Service.Bad Atmosphere.
