Sam is incredibly talented and has impeccable taste. With her help, I was able to get the most out of my design ideas and bring them to reality. Sam made the process of finalizing a colour palette, sourcing materials, and building plans so much easier. One of her strongest attributes was her ability to save money through the substitution of like-goods and her relationships with suppliers. She is an incredible resource, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking renovate or remodel their home.

Sam is professional, on time, does what she says at the rate she promised. My project is a new basement suite renovation from framing. She provided incredible insight on floor plan, provided permit ready blue prints, and amazingly a paint by numbers package with paint chips, samples, part numbers, and pricing. She outlined light switches, fixtures, and electrical receptacles in the design package and took all the guess work out of my project. I can't recommend her services more as I am so thoroughly impressed!! I only wish the Trades worked with the reliability that Sam completed her part of my project. -- Sam, thank you so much!!
