In the course of completing some backyard renovations, our existing sprinkler system had to be slightly reconfigured. We have been longtime customers of Select Sprinklers. Tiffany sent over a wonderful crew to reassemble my sprinkler system. They were so polite, professional and hard working!!! Just a pleasure to have at my house!!!The crew was very helpful in sharing information and even assisted in explaining how I can expand the system next year to address one or two areas now needing a bit more focused watering due to the reconfiguration of the yard. We have pre-laid some pipe and once construction is done, it will be a cinch to connect to the existing system, thereby lowering the overall labour cost. We would highly recommend Select Sprinklers to anyone looking for a professional, dedicated and honest sprinkler company. We recently landscaped both our front and backyards. We interviewed two in-ground sprinkler providers and selected Select Sprinklers. Their proposal was certainly competitive but what really distinguishes them is their customer service. They arrived when they said they would . They completed the work exactly has planned. They were proactive in communication around arrival times and any changes. I found them to be extremely responsive when we needed to add a head to increase our coverage. Their staff - from start to finish - on site or in the office - were all extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. We can also control our sprinkler remotely with a very cool app that is easy to use. Even their on-line invoice payment system is a snap! I would highly recommend Select Sprinklers.

We recently downsized to a smaller yard and needed to make sure that the plants and trees were properly watered.. The area is extremely hard and clay based. So Select Sprinklers helped with many bags of soil and appropriately placed sprinkler heads. This is a no fuss solution as the controls are adjustable from my phone. Now my perennial/ annual/ tree and bush areas are thriving. Thank you for your advice and friendly service.

Good professional service and excellent product overall. From a tech perspective their sprinkler system is by far the most updated system around. From the easy use app to set up to the actual sprinkler equipment, Select Sprinkler is the best by far. The price point is also fair and comparable to other well known sprinkler systems that don't even come close or compare to the quality of Select Sprinkler.

Select has always been reliable and helpful with service scheduling and any system operating questions. They were hired recently to upgrade our system from a standalone electronic control panel to a web-accessible digital system to allow for improved control when we are away from home for any extended periods. The new phone app made it easy to set up the 10 zones and the software is very comprehensive in data generated. The tie-in to local weather stations has proven very effective in optimizing and automatically adjusting system run times to minimize water consumption. Amazing in fact. The upfront cost will certainly provide a payback within two to three years. An excellent financial investment and great advice recommended by Select.

The previous owners left a note to transfer the installed system over to our name with a number for Select Sprinklers. All I got from them was rude, unprofessional set of answers that didn't solve any of my queries. Tiffany wanted to setup a visit and charge us for something that I didn't understand as a new customer and nor did she bother explaining. She did help a little by putting down the phone on me while I was still speaking - thanks guys .. never had a worse customer service experience before...
