Stupid service ever ., have to wait up in line for hours to get your paperwork done if the appintments at 9 you will get your dock number at 11. The fat lady at receiving desk is annoying and slow af like she doesn't know the value of time and it really sucks how company doesn't do anything regarding that.Worst service...:::

Please provide organizational behaviour course to your staff because looks like no one have manners , no etiquettes your shipping receiving staff thinks they are very good they are worst in town please watch their work ethics .

I have worked in this distribution center for a few years and all I can say is that most of the staff and management team are thinking how to improve the customer service. Picking accuracy, safety of the staff, timely loading are some of the priorities in the warehouse. Miss you guys!

Why make apt times, they stick you in first come first serve line on streets & staff wouldn’t understand HOS LOG BOOKS if it smacked them in the head.When I explained I couldn’t sit on a street for 4 hrs waiting to put it on a door unhook leave and then move it after driving 12 hrs, they let me go told me to come for empty after my sleeping, then blew my cell up BEGGING me to come remove it.OH AND THEY NEVER EVER PUT YOUR LOAD BARS OR STRAPS BACK, they end up in a massive bin, they must have hundreds they could sell. Took me 45 mins to track down the stuff.

Very poor service for trucker with no respect at all. Very bad not a bad also it was worse experience at all in my life. Staff need to kick out from this location.

night staff doesn’t even care about drivers. not all are city drivers getting paid hourly. some are long haul also reach here after 13 hrs long shift.do seprate receiving or change the receivers.

Man these people couldn't load a truck properly of their lives depended on it. Honestly of all the loblaws warehouses we get product from yours always takes the longest to unload because you guys couldn't care less as long as the cargo is on the trailer. Don't worry I've been starting a collection of pictures of all the unsafe stuff you guys do to send go Alberta Health and Saftey.
