A1 Towing

Best service ever! I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone. Last night my truck broke down in Havelock at around 7:30pm, I needed to be picked up and my truck brought 3hrs back into the town of Ottawa , after calling 4 local towing companies who denied to come get me & my truck , due to weather conditions ect I was extremely fortunate to have John, who is the owner of A-1, did not even hesitate to take the 5+ hour call and get me back safely to town. Hands down greatest guy & professional service. I can not express my gratitude enough to him. If you’re ever in need of road side assistance or a tow please don’t hesitate to use this company. You will not be disappointed.

My car wouldn't start because the battery had died from extreme cold in -31 degrees Celsius. I called my roadside assistance and almost immediately after I got off the phone with them I got a text message indicating A1 Towing was on their way and would be there within 45 minutes. The truck arrived with in the estimated time frame. The driver got out with a booster pack and my car was started and ready to go within minutes of his arrival. The driver was friendly and pleasant. A1 Towing definitely got me out of a bind quickly and easily.

John came to our rescue on the Canada Day holiday to tow our SUV a considerable distance. We called him at lunch and he was there 25 mins later. Price was very fair and service was great. We would highly recommend A1 towing and use again.

John from A1 is a literal lifesaver. I had a break down and due to extremely inclement weather towing services all around me either had no available trucks or extremely long wait times. In fact, I was referred to A1 by Wazzi Towing after their own truck suffered a malfunction so a special shout out to them as well. John arrived within the 30 minutes he promised and had my vehicle loaded and ready to go. He dropped my vehicle and myself at my mechanic in no time. I was expecting a hefty charge due to the weather and the distance of the tow, but to my utter surprise the price was beyond reasonable. I’m super glad I reached out to A1, if heaven forbid I ever need another tow, John will be the one I’ll contact.

Great company!!! Highly recommend! Called John when our teenage daughter and teenage passengers broke down on highway 7. John was great, found the problem with car and it ended up not needing towed. He even followed my husband back to Carleton Place to make sure no other issues. Great service, doesn't take advantage of situation and gets you back on the road.Thank you!

15 mins out of Carleton Place and within the 1 hour came to change out a blown trailer tire and bent fender. Friendly and personable service at Sunday dinner time. Thank you and highly recommeded to those in the area.
