I've been going to Baseline since it opened up, and I've had nothing but incredible experiences. Big Jay and others have all done incredible work for me. EJ is my exclusive pick in the shop since I went to her for the first time last year, just 2 hours before a wedding. She is talented and detail oriented, and even makes suggestions when all I know I want is a change.Beyond great cuts they provide a friendly, fun atmosphere, and service that never fails to exceed expectations.If you need that do done or fade faded, hit up Baseline Barbers.

Diamond Fade
I’ve come here once before and they cut my hair great. The second time was absolutely terrible. I asked for a fade but they gave me an undercut which wasn't what I wanted. I think they did a poor job, even the undercut haircut i got i dont think looks that good. Perhaps there was a miscommunication with what I asked and what they thought I wanted. Disappointing but hair grows back and I'd come back to give them another chance but make sure you are specific with what you are asking

Diamond Fade is a great barber shop! Leon is a young guy but he has the detailed eye of an experience barber. Fades are always clean and he never rushes the hair cut/beard shape up. I would highly recommend this barber shop.

Diamond Fade
Man spent 35 min just adjusting my skin fade. A perfectionist. Blending is very well done. Oh, and through my 50 min haircut I didn't look at my phone once, so he can carry a conversation really well. Highly recommend.

The best barbers I have experienced in the area. Easy to book online and cool decor. Having mixed race curly hair I have had a few unprofessional experiences locally, the man in charge made sure my style was corrected and the trainee I had was super nice. I will be going back for sure (Also the owner has a really sweet dog).

the guys here always take care of me even if it’s busy. you don’t feel rushed, some of the best guys around too. store is always clean and i don’t let anybody else in vancouver touch my hair they really make you feel part of the family

They gave me a really good haircut! I really enjoyed the haircut they gave me. I have been there a couple times now, and I like each haircut they give me. I really enjoy it and would go back there anyday.

Great barber shop where you can go in on the day and get a cut without booking. The old school way but with new age technique. I always look for Leon, he knows exactly what I'm looking for and if there isn't a back log heill take his time to perfect every little details.In response to Dylan Kirby below, I was in the shop when he came in. Guy waited 5min before threatening to hit staff himself and walking out. Joker!
