I love love Sharplight Technologies. My clients are getting amazing results with the machine and the level of customer service is just beyond exceptional. From my training with Sue who is extremely knowledgeable and approachable to customer service and tech support experience with Hailey and Andrew, the whole journey has been amazing. I still reach out to Sue with any questions I have and she always takes the time to answer my questions. Andrew and Hailey are amazing at what they do and will resolve any issues you have within less than a day. You are never left alone if you choose to buy a machine from sharplight :)

Everyone at this company is AMAZING. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist is there to greet you and she is so kind and welcoming. Michelle on the sales team is super sweet and is always available to chat whenever I have any questions or concerns and she helped me choose what works best for my business and the return has been amazing. Su from the training team is absolutely phenomenal, she is so knowledgeable and always has a solution for everything. My customers love their results and keep coming back for more. Caitlyn was my trainer and she was amazing. I asked her a million questions and she was very knowledgeable and patient. She has a true passion that I can see in her eyes for what she does. She encourages you and makes sure you have what you need practically to get started. My significant other also had some questions for her and Caitlyn again was so happy to help anytime and even gave tips on our business.Queen Liz at the reception desk is very friendly and tries to go above and beyond to help, I have never met such a friendly and attentive person at the reception desk.You guys have a great team at the office so keep it up!

Overall, Ive had a great experience with sharplight so far. Michelle B. is my rep and she's taken such amazing care of me, and has been so patient with me as Ive worked through my own slow and anxious decision making process. Ive appreciated her genuineness, and knowledge greatly throughout this process. So far the machine has been great. Ive found that the company has a lot of nice added touches such as their online training platform, intentional packaging, and user friendly equipment. Im excited to see what the future holds for this company as I think they will just continue to grow.

Do not waste money with Sharplight. horrible customer service. it's all fake reviews and if you purchased this device then you stuck forever, every time you have to buy pulse. They don't mention when sell the device.

I just wanted to give some feedbacks on some amazing ladies!Hailey- I hope she stays with sharplight because she is the reason I will keep working with the company. She is the kindest soul and really cares. She is a gem!Pam-Pam was amazing as a trainer but also saved my open house! She was super knowledgeable and overall amazing.Michelle-Michelle gets things done and she is super efficient and will answer to all my questions and concerns anytime. Im very thankful for all she has done for me.Just wanted to pass this along for some positivity!
