Customer satisfaction is non existent here. I wanted to purchase an item that was completely dented and damaged and they only wanted to offer me a dollar off. Ridiculous. It was a rude manager, and they told me to push the dents back for full price.

5 stars for the Windsor location - selection there is insane. Huge store.Aisle after Aisle of pillowa, bedding, bath items, kitchen items, etc.Chatham location is an embarrassing store. Small, no selection. Lame.

5 for variety and departments, 1 for customer service.Return policy on items without receipts is to show your ID- no commentary on how old the items are- manager/supervisors wouldn’t take back items because ‘they’re too old’.I was helping a relative with a hoarding issue, who had a lot of new items with tags on- do you think homesense head office cares about $200 in returned items from years ago? No. Do your job- it was not ok for the employees to take the return policy into their own hands. And the cashier that helped me with some items was condescending even though I was polite!!!Get your ducks in a row and work with customers.

Wow, so impressed with the size of this location and with the variety in this store. I found just what i was looking for and some other items that I will be back to check out soon. Prices were better than what I've seen online elsewhere.

I started working here in October of 2020, I left in June of 2022 and came back August of 2022 ... however, I resigned again because I was going through some mental problems; the manager was not understanding and quite rude about the situation. She clearly doesn't care about what im going through but good thing, I quit because I'm not willing to work in a toxic environment. In her own words in the future

Possibly the rudest branch of Homesense. The managers are quite mean to customers and never accommodate their workers. I witnessed how they treat their associates while I was shopping there. It was quite disheartening. Just because you're in a position of power, doesn't mean you have to abuse it. I won't be returning as a customer.
