Friendly staff and clean units. Only complaint would be the snow in front of the units doesn’t get cleared well and can be slippery.

Laurie at Caplan is phenomenal !!She was a pleasure to work with.She got me out of my unit smoothly when my life wasn't smooth at all- with her kindness and eagerness to help. Can't say enough great things about this worker.The other ladies here are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated. Thank you all for your help!Only 4 stars due to some confusion on assigning my unit at the beginning (don't personally recommend using the satellite location due to security reasons) but once I got in and settled, everything was great.

Gosh! How did this place get 5 stars?I arrived there all positive and inquired about sizes. The woman acted like I was a total annoyance to her.I asked her if I could see the space; she rolled her eyes. Walked really slowly - I have a leg injury and have a cane, so I asked if it was far. She said no" but kept walking. She had no idea where it was. I had to stop. I asked if I could get in with the car. She just stood there. So
