Reflex Supplements

Came in to buy products featured for the advertised monthly sale. 3 employees working all tried to tell me the sale was not valid, even though their own flyer on the desk displayed the deal as ongoing. Then they tried to talk down the Buy 1 Get 1 free sale to a Buy 1 get 1 - 15% off sale. 15%off is alot worse of a deal than getting it for free. I tried to browse other products in the store and one employee kept following me around right on my back. Feeling uncomfortable I left and took the Reflex advertisement to Popeye's across the street where they not only honored the Buy 1 Get 1 free sale, but gave an additional small discount and free samples.I will never return to Reflex after this experience. Im only rating 2 stars since I saw they carry a few items that Popeye's and GNC do not.

Jen was so detailed and informative. she brought me to different products and carefully compared and examine them with me to see what exactly I was allergic to in a certain product . I usually find that this place is a little too relaxing with little or no costumer assistance. Jen was awesome.

Was parked in their stall for 18 minutes to buy some vitamin D. Came out to find a parking ticket issued by the manager or owner. Good to know they care about their customers so much.

I went there this evening (Thursday) around 6 and for me it was a great experience. The guy from the store asked me about my personal fitness goals helped me pick suitable supplements. He even gave me diet tips/advice to help reach my goals. I didn't have much time to stick around for too long today, so I'm definitely going again to pick more stuff. Good people, great customer service!

Horrible location. I went to this location to pick up a product that ended up not being in stock, the parking attendant failed to witness me enter the store so issued a ticket considering the product I wanted was not in stock and I don't have a receipt I am now down almost $100 for an event that lasted less then 5 minutes. Save yourself the headache and consider the location on Fraser Hwy or Pop Eyes is literally across the street.

Super friendly store clerk. She was knowledgeable. And as a larger woman, I felt welcomed and not at all looked down upon. Will be back.

Peter from this location is an outstanding individual. I ran out of pre-workout and the one I usually buy from this location was out of stock. It sucks because I was on my way to the gym and wanted to use some pre-workout. Peter was kind enough to let me use a scoop from the demo pre-workout and it made my day!

1 star because of the while girl working at the reception. Very bad attitude, it was looking like she is forced to work there and get paid for doing nothing but standing there. Great shop but worst receptionist!
