Lovely, lovelier, and lovely again.My mom and I visit this store all the time for all kinds of goods and products. I just would like to applaud this store for its owner, manager, and all the rest of the employees for working so hard. In welcoming me to the store each and every time with a lending hand to guide me and my mom through the aisles to ensure that our satisfaction is fulfilled and that we never hesitate in coming backing again for other kinds of goods that also suits our needs. That's why I love this store so much because the staff never discriminated against my family and I. You were always hospitable, kind, generous, respectful, and appreciating of my mother and I being regular consumers. For anyone out there who is looking for a great supplementary store such as this. Great products selection. Horrible customer service. Very judgemental stuff. Zero knowledge about customer service how to help or treat customers. Super disappointing and will never go to this location again.

Walked in one weekend and heard what seemed to be the manager and employees talk about me (faintly about my features). As I went to look for what I needed I noticed I was followed to the area of the store I was walking to... I guess they have a theft issue (just telling from all the cameras they have at the back). As a person of colour it's hard not to see being followed as a direct relation to my race.I tried being objective and continued my shopping but the main give away that I was being followed was when the employee was rearranging the same shelf near me and glancing at me periodically. I was researching a product so I was there for a while trying to understand through searching on my phone and the employee kept rearranging the exact same shelf the whole time while turning her head towards me. I kept my distance from the shelves the whole time and both hands on my phone upwards close to my chest where they were clearly visible but she continued to hover and glance towards me...The store has a very limited supply on things (lots of empty space between the items and shelves) but I ended up purchasing an item anyway because I felt like it'd be suspicious if I didn't? Thinking back, I personally wish I didn't buy anything so I wouldn't be supporting a store that condones this type of behaviour.The past is the past... I'm writing this review so I can stop beating myself up over it. But I hope this comment makes them aware of the discomfort in their discriminatory behaviour.There was another customer in the store at the time I walked in but the manager and employees were standing behind the till until I started making my way through the store (I'm trying to be objective: but maybe he was a regular and they trusted him being in the store?)... This may seem like a heavy accusation but this is the experience I've interpreted from the elements from my one visit.

This place has everything you can imagine if you are searching for a health foods store! They also have the best prices!I am plant-based and having all of my products under one roof will definitely having me returning again and again.
