Wonderful experience with this company. They were right there, polite and efficient. They had the job done beautifully within 3 days of calling them. I would highly recommend them!

Very professional and friendly people. Matt came for inspection, describe everything about what happened, possible fixes, how they are going to work, cost estimation etc. Answered professionally (with a nice gesture) to all our queries. Abdul who came to remediate the mold also a friendly person. At the end I am very happy with their work.

Excellent experience. They were fast, on time, friendly, considerate and thorough. And after getting several quotes, I can say their prices are also very competitive. Our attic is now mold-free, and they also gave us a clear idea of how to fix the air circulation issues that created the problem in the first place. Highly recommended.

This was one of the most professional, polite, clean company that I have dealt with. From the initial contact and quote to the execution of service. Mold removal is not something that you think you will have to deal with but this company made the process easy and they were a company of professionals I would recommend with out hesitation.

Horrified to find black mold in the insulation in my cold room in the basement. Had a great experience with everyone involved - from Kay on the phone, to Matthew, Abdul, Dante and Jamie. All were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable - came on time and got the job done in a timely manner, my place was spotless afterwards. Thank you!

From the time I placed an online request for quote (and they called me within minutes of doing so) until the final Mold report was sent, I am beyond happy with the service and exceptional customer service I received from all employees I had contact with at The Mold Guy. Kay is a wonderful individual who answered all of my questions and concerns. Friendly and informative- I wish everyone speaking to customers had Kay’s top-notch customer skills!Matt who was the service technician who attended my rental property was also extremely professional and informative. There was a call made to not only myself but my tenant to advise he was running behind - we both greatly appreciated this. I then received a call with an explanation my concerns following a full report and pictures.I would highly recommend this business if you’re experiencing a mold issue in your home, condo or business.

Not worth it for small jobs.I had mold in one skylight so I called for assessment and cleaning. When I booked the appointment I specifically asked if they did surface level cleaning and they told me that they did, but would not give me any information about price structure over the phone before paying the $150 (169 after tax) assessment fee, but they told me that could be used towards surface level cleaning.Matt came and completed the assessment and he was very thorough and helpful, but only then did I learn that they do not do small jobs and their cleaning fee starts at $1400.Edited to add: The owner has responded to my review stating:1. that they tried to dissuade me from using the service over three phone calls- this is factually untrue. The first phone was was information and we booked the service. In the second phone call I attempted to cancel, but was convinced to continue because they assured me that they did surface level cleaning. The third phone call was after the service when I called to give the feedback which I have given here (ie, that I think their price structure should be more transparent).2. The owner has suggested that I was unwilling to pay for an assessment- This is completely untrue. I absolutely paid for my assessment and did not try to get any refund- I simply called them to complain about the lack of price structure transparency.3. $1400 is what I was quoted as the starting price by the service person.
