Brutal store policy: My wife bought some clothes for me, brought them home and they didn't fit. I took the clothes with the receipt back three days later, and they would not return them without the card used to make the purchase.(They offered store credit, but at this point, I don't want to shop in this store any more)This is ludicrous and upsetting, I cannot describe how it feels to stand there with the merchandise and the receipt and be told I can't return it. I haven't encountered this before anywhere.I know it's cliché, but if I could give a rating lower than one star I definitely would. Shopping for clothes with kids is a challenge enough on its own without having to deal with this.I can see two years ago another customer gave a similar review and nothing has changed.

I'm going back to Amazon! I tried to return a shirt that I received as a gift and that didn't fit. I stood in line while the sales clerk tried to explain to another customer why the computer wouldn't allow her to refund a return (with a receipt) because of some screw up in their own system. I couldn't find a shirt in my size so the clerk told me I could pick a shirt and then they would order it in for me. After 40 minutes or so, another clerk announced that they didn't have my size online either. I was pretty exasperated already at the amount of time I had wasted, so I requested a cash refund. The clerk then told me that she could only give me a store credit because I had a gift receipt. What a joke, if RW&Co can't empower their employees to deliver reasonable customer service, they deserve to go out of business.

Very disorganized company. Despite taking the long and detailed time to sign me up, they couldn't find a single transaction earlier this week. Sadly, I'm Vancouver based and they want me to come into the store in person to track down the transaction. Avoid.

Thank you for helping me feel comfortable and welcomed. This was my first properly fitted men's suite. I cant tell you what it meant to me. I was shamed and unwelcomed in another store in the mall. Your store helped me find something to fit for a formal fundraiser with dignity and respect. You picked up on my desire to stay in the mens section despite my appearance. I stood up straighter in the suit you helped me find. From the Queer community thank you for seeing me as a person and dressing me right dapper. I came home and cried from joy and sadness. I'll always shop you.
