I can admit, I was a bit discouraged seeing the rating for this Broker.I would like my review to be considered honestly because Aldo was fantastic to deal with. He returned my call promptly, and he was above willingly to advise me about moving forward with my mortgage dilemma. He encouraged me and above all assured me that I can reach out to him moving forward. Pleasant and Personable Guy; my circumstances are complex; however, I'm sure he would do what it takes to take care of me.

I absolutely recommend CMF and would strongly advise anyone tired of dealing with banks and would rather get fast replies to email, straight to the point, fertilizer free treatment to call Aldo...NOW!It is so refreshing to find the kind of service, professionalism and common courtesy that used to be common. 5 Stars+Gerry

Aldo Mormile helped us when the banks wouldn't!Our bank that held our mortgage for 10 years preapproved us to buy a new property. I submitted the property MLS to the bank BEFORE I put my home on the market as I am the type of person that has to have a place to go BEFORE I buy. We submitted all of our information and got approved for our new property.AFTER we sold our home the bank informed us that they would not lend for that property and if we wanted it we needed to go to a mortgage broker.I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS HAPPENING TO US!!!We had 10 people die within a six month period, our daughter was hit by a drunk driver and sustained a serious brain injury and we had just lost my Dad. We were emotionally overwhelmed and this added so much stress to our situation.I found this company online.Aldo Mormile worked tirelessly to help us get a mortgage, he worked with us through 3 properties, worked with our Realtor and Notary and was so kind. He truly desires to help people. His work ethic is unparalleled.He answered every call, every email and every text. I found working with Aldo that he is very unprofessional and is extremely unreliable. He assured me he will be handling everything perfectly fine but in the end he left me high and dry and having to fight for my own money. Definitely DO NOT recommend dealing with Aldo.

Aldo has been absolutely incredible he's on top of your needs & lets you know you are his top priority. I've talked to people at the banks, 1st thing is you feel like a number when discussing your financial situation, it almost feels like you're a burden telling them what got you into the position you're in, maybe not all banks but yes the ones I visited made me feel that way. Aldo listened & told us what he would able to do for us & seemed to be working non-stop on our behalf. A true professional I recommend him highly.
