Riteway movers

We hired this company for a move. They helped us pack and then move our items. They were great to work with, very efficient and the items I was worried would break in the process of the move were perfectly packed and were undamaged.

Riteway movers were absolutely professional, they treated my family and I so well, they took such good care of all our belongings. I will Definitely recommend them to my family and friends. My brother used them a couple of months ago and he couldn't stop raving about them. I would recommend Riteway solutions to anyone, trust me, you will not be disappointed.

We hired Riteway movers for our long distance Calgary to Ontario move. Sam and his team was amazing, considerate and careful with our boxes and furniture. They used blanket for everything so there was no damage. Reasonable Rates. They followed through with all of my requests, delivered when they said they would. I do highly recommend them!

Recently exposed for scamming their customers by holding property hostage and demanding cash payment. Do not use these guys, they will take every chance they have to rip you off.Demanded cash payment to bring in an extra person when not needed.Demanded cash payment for using blankets without disclosing that in the agreement.Demanded cash payment for use of moving equipment.100% pure con artists. Don't touch these guys.

Went through allied van lines for a quote. Allied rep asked me a bunch of questions . Then said they would contact me for a home visit. As this move is cross country my move isn't until next year. When I was contacted the guy had no idea of any of the questions I answered. Asked me a bunch of silly questions like how much my stuff weighs? Then Refused to give me a quote because my move was too much time away. Although seeing some of the reviews here and on redit probably for the best.

We can’t say enough about the moving crew we had today. We move from a house we’ve spent the last 30 years in so needless to say we had a lot of stuff. The crew was amazing. They showed up on time and work hard the whole time they were here. They were professional and friendly and made sure that mats were down and blankets were used. They took extra care to make sure they didn’t ding the walls. They took the time to ask were we want d the furniture placed and disassembled and reassembled piece as required. We definitely got our money’s worth and would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking to move. Thanks so much. You made a stressful time a lot easier.

Non response to damaged furniture. When asked why it cost.More??? Was told read the fine print and was never emailed To me! And it took 10 yes ten hrs to pack the truck even though I was told don't worry everything will work put don't stress everything will fit well not so much like I said ten hrs later telling us last minute the garage and other items would not fit and we could rent another truck a 1500 dollars which we did not clearly need had to leave our items and go back ourselves and pay to move additional Al items these people talk out of both their mouths and non caring at all when the neighbours came over they were shocked how long it took. I would give a zero if I could NEVER AGAIN . Notice all replies are the same when negative response? Automatically the co can't find your account.As to your response i tried calling you and NO REPLY ! not once but twice three four times. like i stated just another truck that we clearly did not need and we were going to be charged another 1500.00 plus TIME AND GAS .Why did it take your company all day then to say not enough room? you clearly would have known that by LOOKING in the first place. And i NEVER SAID TWO TRUCKS FROM B.C TO HERE IT WAS ONE!!! And the damaged furniture was protected we had also wrapped our furniture Oh and what does one do when your company has our goods before any billing or damaged goods are signed and on top of that one of the movers that we pointed out the damage to said oh you will have to talk to office i don't know. And yes i have pictures. Again we had protection for our furniture it was how things were put in the storage. I was told that day on speaker phone by you office that i was to read the fine print everyone was in the room and heard the conversation as well when i first had my concerns and called i was also told what compensation already paid ect... AGAIN ONE TRUCK MOVED US and no damage and quote was accurate.Thank you

Fantastic service from Sam and Sunder, who have moved me from Ottawa to Victoria. They are clean, professional, fast, honest, and detailed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. (Just seeing this review again now. After the fact, I discovered some broken and poorly packed items, so I have removed a star.)

We are very impressed with Riteway Movers in every aspect of our 4 bedroom house pack & move in 2 days. The packing crew were very careful with our belongings and the movers were quick, efficient, and friendly. No damage.
