Awesome Service. I have a Suzuki SX4 and very few shops will even look at it. The team at Mr Transmission took me in and spent the time to find the problem in my car. I was worried it was the transmission but in the end it was something completely different. Not only did they take the time to find the real issue, they kept me up to speed on the progress and if there were additional costs, they checked before hand. In the end they fixed my car and the price was completely fair. They even noted some other Repairs I could get done, but not once did they try and pressure me to do them. Very happy with this shop.

This was a great experience! Kyle and his staff were awesome! They took the time to explain me my situation regarding my transmission so I would have a clear understanding of the issue. Their price was more reasonable than the Hyundai dealerships by a long shot! Not only did they fix the problem they also found another issue that needed to be taken care of. I found them to be honest and friendly. I suggest that if you are having transmission issues to take your car to Mister transmission! You won't be dissatisfied! Thank you Kyle and your Cree! Two stars for the story telling. For the work may be 1.George told me they can do hybrid transmissions no problem and took the car in. I asked if we have to replace the transmission can you get one? He said, oh yes, he checked and said there is a one for $1,200 but we will try to fix your transmission which will be cheaper. Of cause I said yes please why spend $1,200?Few days later, I got a call from them saying we removed the transmission, took it a part. We know the problem, I said great fix it. Then he said problem is we can't find the parts and it is very hard to find parts for Hybrid transmissions!I said, activate plan B, get the rebuilt transmission and put it in. Then george said, oh about that, that one is sold but I can get you one for $4,400. I said what? Then he came up with a long beautiful story.Then I found him a transmission for US$900 and said please check it out

Had outstanding service from this shop, particularly the Manager George S. who is about one the nicest individuals you will ever meet. He put me at ease for what was suspected to be a very large issue as diagnosed from another shop. In the end, it was another issue entirely, one significantly more affordable than expected. George was prompt with follow ups, went the distance to find a new part, and had me back on the road in a few days.George is a gem, and the work done at the shop was top notch. Highly recommend for any transmission/driveline issues.

After taking my car to the dealership, they told me there was a problem with the transmission that would cost me thousands of dollars. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Mr. T and, for my surprise, they told me the issue was something totally diferent related to the wheel hubs!. So not only did they fix my car problems but also saved me a lot of money. George is a very nice person, humble and very professional.Thanks a lot..!
