The employees are friendly and helpful. The managers are okay to deal with. If it wasn't for the moody scale girl (Gwen), it would be a good place to deal with. There's just no way to avoid her and her attitude.P.S. Upgrade your speaker system to the scale and put a trailer next to the scale for the scale girl so the drivers don't have to pull off the scale, park off to the side and walk all the way back to the building to get the scale ticket. Very inefficient!
