Quality install and service was well communicated. There was a minor issue with the equipment upon delivery which pushed our installation date by one week, but once the team was on site, they progressed well. I am happy with the cement and overall finish of the pool. Cement is nice and bright, bull nose is solid, and the glass fencing is a nice touch. I am satisfied with the turn key concept as well. 12x30 Mova

A portion of the experience was great but another portion was not. The installation went well however the location of the equipment (pump) could of been a disaster for us luckily a friend provided insight before installation. Marc the pool technician is a true gem. Great service from Roxanne. The installation of the pave uni was a different story. I wish I had a plan of the pavé uni before installing- a discussion in person before installing the pave uni would of been helpful.

Je suis satisfait du projet en grand général. La qualité des travaux est bonne et le contracteur est fiable. Le modèle de piscine est magnifique et le béton est parfaitement exécuté.Par contre, les travailleurs arrivent presque toujours à une date imprévu. Je prenais congé une journée qui avait été planifiée et elle était cancellée pour ensuite revenir à une date aléatoire.Le fond de ma piscine à une grande dénivellation et personne n’a jamais voulu regarder ce problème avoir moi, chaque quart de métier qui s’est présenté chez moi me mentionnait qu’il allait en parler au suivant et ainsi de suite, jusqu’à la fin du projet où il semble impossible de corriger le problème.Après coup, je suis satisfait du projet final, mais quand je passe sur la grosse bosse dans le fond de ma piscine ou qu’un invité me questionne sur la dite bosse, j’ai un goût amère de mon projet de 65 000$.
