Highly recommend this company. Dylan came out to my house and installed our new water softener tank and we are very happy with it. He is very friendly and answered all the questions and concern we had. While he was there we asked him to take a quick look at our furnace for us and he did it with no problem. Very happy with this company and for Dylan going above and beyond.

We purchased a Nest thermostat and had some issues with our wiring to our furnace. Our technicians name was Dylan and he arrived within an hour of us calling. He was very friendly and very helpful with rewiring our electrical for our furnace. He did an amazing job explaining everything to us as we had not dealt with this before. Overall we want to send a huge thank you to Dylan, we hope he can be the one to help us with any future issues.

Dylan came and fixed a leak we had with no problem and was able to give us a discount on a new hot water tank and installed within the same appointment. Highly recommended this company to anyone. Good prices and was able to come out the same day I called.

Steven Had come out right away that our hot water tank was leaking. He was excellent. He was able to explain and show my wife (Josie) what was going on and what he was doing to repair it. At the same time he also noted that the water that was coming into our house from the city was at a really high pressure and had also installed a water pressure regulator so we do not have an issue in the future for pipes leaking. The service call pricing was good and the cost of repair was reasonable. Steven was so good that my wife will be booking our furnace cleaning in the spring. I would highly recommend them. If you need a plumber that cares after you pay them… I wouldn’t call these guys. Jason did a basic flange repair yesterday and I paid top dollar for his visit. The toilet still leaks so I called and left a message asking for a callback to figure out where we go from here… and nothing.They still haven’t returned my call.Not impressed. I guess $312 isn’t enough to earn respect.I’ve called another plumber to deal with the puddles on my bathroom floor and stick with me until the problem is solved.

Excellent Service. Came on a Sunday with no extra emergency charges. From speaking to the lady on the phone who was very pleasant and helpful to Dylan who came to address our issue. Dylan went above and beyond in helping solve our kitchen sink problem and when asked he installed a replacement toilet in the basement at the same time. Exceptional. Highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using this company for any plumbing , heating or other issues they address. Would Highly recommend them.

Last November, while we were away, our furnace went out. The person looking after the house called Need-a-plumber. Robert checked it and advised that he could not get a replacement part to fix it and that due to the age of the furnace, we needed a new one. We wanted a Carrier but he advised that the new Lennox furnaces are more efficient. We told home to go ahead. The next day he installed the new one which was good. However, we had to fight with them to get them to accept a credit card for payment. We were 1700 miles away and could not get a draft or give them a cheque. Eventually they put part on Visa and our friend paid the rest. When we arrived home in March, the only paperwork we could find was an invoice, no info on the furnace, warranty info etc. Also our air purifier had not been hooked back up and the flue vent outside not sealed. In March and April we called at least 3 times, left messages with the office staff and calls back were promised. Never heard from them. Eventually we called the Red Deer office and they were able to get someone to come out. The person checked the furnace and said all was okay. He did find the furnace info package inside the furnace. How were we supposed to know it was there! He also sealed the outside flue vent but said he could not connect up the air purifier. We have since had it connected up by a rep from another company who did not even charge us for doing it. Turns out there had been no filters at all in the furnace since November. No wonder my house was so dusty!We have since called the Calgary office twice wanting to book an appointment to meet with a manager. We don't need anything else done, but just want to make them aware of what happened. Nobody has called us back. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely impressed with Dylan and Jarid. They came first thing in the morning as promised to fix my furnace. These two young gentlemen were amazing - courteous, informative and very professional - as they immediately set out to find out the issues (there were a few!). They walked me through the entire repair process and explained what needed to be done as they diligently proceeded to get my furnace safely running again, making sure that everything was working as it should before they left. I am very thankful and will definitely recommend their services.

Still waiting to have the correct part fixed on the furnace. I let the tech know that the thermostat wasn’t recognizing when the furnace was on. He fixed a part for $850 but when he left the furnace still wasn’t shutting off. They were supposed to come back the next day but he got delayed and didn’t show up. The following morning he was supposed to be there between 9-11. At 11:15, he still wasn’t at the house and I got a call that he was delayed again. I may change this review later if they finally are able to get the work done without charging me an arm and a leg for fixing parts that didn’t fix the original problem.Update: the techs came back out and fixed the wiring on the part that was installed the other day. No charge. I understand that sometimes these things don’t go as planned, I am changing my rating due to the accountability and professionalism of this company. They took themselves from one start to five in my opinion :)

Happy to write this review on Dylan & Kai who helped me get out of what would have been a worse case scenario today. I needed a hot water tank replacement and re-piping. Both were punctual, professional and responsive to the call, the service from beginning to end was entirely great. The situation was explained thoroughly, all of my questions were answered clearly. I could tell that they were a team. Kai was receptive to Dylan as they discussed what the plan was, possibilities and solutions. Dylan is knowledgeable and Kai helped throughout the work. Kai took charge of the last part of the service call too where he went over what work was done, what to look out for and ensured that all technical issues were addressed. What I noticed about Kai was that he was learning very fast, correctly and he was receptive to the quality of training he was getting from Dylan. They left the work area clean and in order, Kai ensuring he took one last look to ensure nothing was missed. I'm excited for your future Kai! Your passion and love for what you do will take you places! As a customer, I feel great knowing that Dylan & Kai put in the care and thought to ensure what we have in place now in our home will last for a very long time. Thank you both so much!
