After receiving a competitive price from MacAthur’s, we switched to them for the remaining units. Products were delivered on time, installed, and garbage was taken away when they left. We dealt with Chris who helped us source the right products to fit our needs.

I'm very happy with the service that I received from MacArthur's. The salesperson that I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all didn't try to pressure me into purchasing the 'top tier' product.Delivery was quick as well (two days later), and the two young gentleman were very polite and accommodating. They even asked if I'd like to have the old mattress removed at no charge, to which I gladly said yes.Overall a great experience!

I needed a fridge fast, as the compressor died on my old fridge. I went to MacArthur’s and I’m extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The salesman, Chris, was very knowledge and took his time explaining the features of th fridges that were of interest to me. Once I made my selection, he was aware that I had no fridge so made sure that the new one would be delivered the same day. The delivery men were also excellent, in fact they were amazing. Took time and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I would highly recommend this business.

Following Hurricane Fiona two of our appliances were damaged beyond repair and needed immediate replacement. The staff at MacArthur's were helpful in explaining which models were available immediately. Once we selected our items they were delivered in a timely fashion and installed with care and precision. The fridge we had chosen was going to be a tight fit, and we knew that prior to installation. When it came to installation day, it didn't quite fit. The staff at MacArthur's worked alongside us to ensure that our appliances would fit seamlessly into the preexisting space and helped us problem solve different options to make it fit, as they knew this was the one we wanted. After spending the better part of the morning at our home they took the fridge back for safe keeping, we made some minor adjustments and they returned a couple days later to install it and it was A Perfect Fit.The staff were patient and supportive of all my questions (and phone calls) leading up to installation.We have now replaced 3 appliances with MacArthur's and will continue to do business with them! Great experience, expertise and service thus far.

As a former long time friend and customer of the MacArthur's, I called the company to repair our microwave last summer. Carman and Donna had since sold the business, but I figured the new owner's would live up to the hype they created in their TV ad. 2 phone calls, 2 service visits, and $300 later, the microwave couldn't be plugged in by their serviceman without blowing fuses. I felt bad for Matt, as he is a pleasant young fellow who tried his best, but after his company charged me $300 for $30 worth of parts (pricing available online), he wanted to replace the motherboard at another very prohibitive cost. He told me the original motherboard couldn't be tested and that we'd have to gamble on it being the issue of blowing the fuses. I called the store to discuss options and was promised a quote on another new microwave, but there was no follow up by Chris.Almost a year later, I found another technician last week who said he could be onsite today. So this afternoon, in just 10 minutes he discovered Matt had mistakenly wired the new $300" door switches in reverse. An innocent mistake that cost us a lot of money and without the service of the machine for almost a year. 10 minutes after rewiring the "new" switches correctly
