Usually, I don’t do these comments online. However- I do have to mention this for future growth regarding this lab.I came in yesterday for a test and I don’t know if the staff are over worked but the ladies on the phone or the lady at the front desk between 9:30am-10:30am really needs to understand customer service.She was embarrassing one of the patients speaking pretty abruptly to go seek medical attention somewhere else.Regarding the industry in medicine, certain subject lines are private and sensitive.I also noticed on the phone today that the woman on the phone today as well had the worst customer service skills. If she is speaking the way she spoke with me, I can gladly say no one will want to come to the clinic to seek medical attention.The unhappiness or short tone or quite frankly, attitude is disheartening to see. This lab is wonderful. It’s unfortunate some of the staff there need to learn customer service. It’s busy, welcome to having a job. However- learn to be polite. That’s also a requirement.It made me realize that those standards definitely need to be addressed.Overall, the gentlemen that helped me in the lab was absolutely wonderful. Confidential and made you feel very comfortable. He was also very patient with language barriers as well as seniors.

The receptionists here are the rudest and most impatient I have ever met! One speaks Chinese and the other speaks English, which is very unprofessional. It is suggested that if you are not satisfied with your job, you can change jobs. I will give the reception here 0 points.

I have recently went to lifelab branch for a simple 24 hour urine test. I had to take the day off from in order to do it properly at home. To my surprise when I came back to deliver the sample today for analysis, I was told that I needed to be on a special diet and as a result I should redo the test. I am not able to do it as I have urgent work to do. This personal in this lab have no ethics and careless. I really don't recommend this branch as they are reckless. They don't even deverse a one star.

Can I recommend having a drop off desk or box or shelf so clients don't need to wait in the long line up just to drop off their sample. Having to wait an extra long time for something so simple is unacceptable.When I came to drop off my sample to the lab, the parking was very inconvenient. After parking, I came to Lab try to drop off, a staff at the front desk was not polite to me when telling me that I had to line up to do the drop off. There were over 10 people lining up and only one counter was open for servicing people, but actually there were 3 receptionist at the counter. It took me almost one hour to do something that shouldn't have taken anytime at all. Very inefficient, and frustrating experience.Otherwise, all the nurses who collect samples, and do the blood tests are very nice and patient. I appreciate them all.

Came in with an appointment and the process was super quick. The front desk lady made sure I did what was told on my paper prior to my appointment (fasting). There were people in front of mine that came in one hour earlier than their appointment, which I thought they would get their work done before me, but I am glad they didn’t since my appointment is before them. They sent me to the room and the lady who did my work was super efficient, but seemed like she wasn’t too happy about doing her job.

I was the one & only person standing in line waiting to be served. Three receptionists working. Waited and waited. Really??? All I needed was to drop off my sample. They can see I’m only holding a little paper bag. Dead giveaway. Thank goodness I know there is no need to ever come back to this location.
