My son loves Apex camps and classes and I can see such improvement in his skating and hockey skills. Shane and his team are excellent and really get the kids to work hard. I very much appreciate his style of instruction. Highly recommend Apex programs.

What sets Apex apart from so many other programs is they really care about player development, have a GREAT eye for picking up issues, and game relevance and urgency in every drill. Well worth the money, but even more so worth the time.

I signed up both my boys (U10 and U13) for pre season session with Apex, with Shane and the team, AAA Elite Camp and High Performance AA Prospects Camp. Both of my boys had a great time, learned and developed specific aspects of hockey (skating, hockey movements, etc.) tailored to their respective levels. The team is able to challenge the kids no matter the level and push them to be better players. Both of my sons will be back.

Great camps! Shane creates a great environment for the players - good intensity, keeps them moving with no idle time, balances skating skills with puck skills, and demands discipline from the players on the ice. Very pleased.

Shane and his team are very skilled and excellent at managing the high level of development required to support growing hockey athletes. Regardless the age level or skill level, the team at Apex know how to provide serious structure and intensity to the training sessions to get the most out of all individuals they are coaching.
