We called Adam & Associates Appliance when our fridge broke down. Our associate came over within an hour and was honest in his assessment of a costly repair (replacement of a motherboard). He told us he could probably get the part and repair the fridge by the next day. We decided that, given the age of our fridge, we were going to buy a new fridge. He respected our decision (no pressure to do the repair), but he wanted to share his recommendations on which refrigerator brands to purchase and which to avoid (given his experience on which brands he ends up servicing a lot). He was not going to benefit at all from this recommendation. I could just tell from the nature of our conversation that he was a genuine person who just wanted to offer advice to help a total stranger.After trips to several stores, we realized that a new fridge may not be available for another month (due to limited supply and Covid delays). So, we called our associate back, and he said he would be able to come fix our fridge the next day. He drove to Mississauga the next morning to get our part and was back and fixed our fridge before noon. He charged us exactly what he initially quoted, which was very reasonable given the cost of the part, his drive out of town to get the part quickly and his labour.We will definitely be calling him again for any of our appliance repair needs!!

Fantastic experience, quick response. Came out same day and checked my dishwasher. Knew what was wrong with it and went and got the parts. Much cheaper than what others had quoted me and very friendly guy. Thank you!

Very down to Earth guy. He came very fast and cut to the chase. He didn't give up and he was very honest with the diagnosis. Gave a very simple and clear answer and good advice on how we should move forward.

The technician that came out to fix our fridge was very honest. His knowledge was great and while the fridges these days are heavily computerized, old school manners to fix issues still work.He showed why he thought the diagnosis he provided was the right path to correct the problem, he showed us the part that was an issue, he replaced it and it works like a charm. No board replacement required.His response was immediate, he came out the next morning, he was up front with the fees. No surprises. He was on time, informative and cleaned up his work area before he left.This far better than those services that say they are in our area only to find out you've called a call center and they are located the other side of Toronto with 7 other companies with the same phone number. Do your homework, too many Local business" claims.Highly recommend this company."

Absolutely fantastic experience. Adam was polite, professional, and very timely. I called one night, he was here first thing the next morning, and he had our washing machine fixed by that afternoon. He even went out of his way to find us a cheaper part which ended up saving more than $100. Based on this experience, we would definitely go with him again and would highly recommend him to others.
