I originally had a baker making my sons birthday cake which fell through a month before the party. Right away, Kristen said she would do it and I was relieved. However, a month later after emailing her multiple times and sending her everything I wanted for the cake, I never heard back and now my son has no cake for his birthday party because I was relying on Kristen.

Sugar and Love Bakery did cookies for my daughter's first birthday and they were perfect! I gave her the theme and the colours and she used her creativity to create beautiful cookies! I would recommend her to anyone!

Kristen is amazingly creative, talented and organized. She made the cutest (and tastiest) truck-themed cookies for my son’s birthday. I moved away so I can’t order from her bakery nearly as much as I would like!

She answered all of our questions and was very responsive. She was very patient with me as I went through a few different ideas for the cake design until we settled on the right one. She also ensured that she would take care of delivery and it was such a huge relief as a bride. She understood how much was on our minds and she eased our minds. On the day of the wedding, the cake she made blew our minds off as it looked even better in person. She made our vision come to life! And it tasted as good as it looked -- it was so delicious! I ordered MANY cookies from Kristen during the holiday season as a gift for clients and she was so sweet, helpful, accommodating, and her cookies are DELICIOUS!!!!!! The attention to detail was amazing, and enjoyed to the very last crumb. All my clients raved about these cookies! Very often my hubby and kids would steal a cookie from my stash too.
