Everyone is so nice and they really do go out of their way to solve your concerns. Going to the dentist is scary in itself so its nice to have such supportive responsive receptionists as well. Thanks for being so great.*Edit after being a patient for a while*Every time I come here now, there's something new I have to do that costs so much money. They often have this head dentist lady pressuring patients into doing the most expensive route, and until I argued saying that I didn't need this thing they were pressuring me to get, they finally gave up.( They wanted to charge me $650 for a replacement front tooth that fits better in my mouth and visibly looks better,I went to my orthodontist and they made me one within the hour and didn't even try to charge me for it. )This place honestly just wants you to spend as much money as possible.And not to mention that when you reschedule appointments or have to cancel an appointment, (god forbid people have lives) the receptionist is very rude and will hang up on you without trying to reschedule.And when you come to your next appointment, the same head dentist lady tells you how bad it is for missing an appointment.Very unprofessional!It's hard enough for people that have had very traumatic experiences with the dentists to have to come in.

My 4yr old loves the clinic and the dentist's here. Never cried and felt very confident coming on their scheduled appointments. Highly recommended.

Top-notch service! I love that the receptionists call you by name before you even get to the reception desk; they are informing you that they are signing you in...that's amazing to me, and service excellence does not stop there.They are transparent and give you choices. Dr.Sayeh is informative and caring.She tell you the truth, not what is necessarily lucrative.The office atmosphere is so relaxing, everything here is perfect and I believe that’s the reason it is voted as best dental office by Hamilton readers choice.I was blessed to find them for my daughter's cosmetic dentistry procedure (after an accident) but plan on being a lifetime patient for me and my family.

Everyone at the office makes you feel welcome. The doctor and hygienists always ensure you feel comfortable and explain everything they are doing. Thank you.

I really want to give a shout out to one of the dental hygienists Shauna. She could tell I was upset for reasons that I don’t need to mention but she really did an amazing job of calming me down, understanding me and relating to me as a mother. She truly made me feel so much better and I appreciate her more than she knows. Thanks Shauna for being so down to earth and a great person.

As someone who has neglected my dental care over the years due to having anxiety over dental visits. Dr. Sayeh and her team of hygienists and assistants are excellent at what they do. I had to have extensive work done and Dr. Sayeh is gentle and patient. She does her absolute best to ensure a painless visit. I am so happy with the work she has done so far. If you need a dentist, please do not hesitate to give her office a call. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars
