My house got flooded and I called Pro Pacific DKI.they are professionaThey took care of everything From packing all of our belongings to cleaning up then most of all putting back our our house to its original state.I am very happy .

My insurance adjuster called on Pro Pacific DKI shortly after I initiated an insurance claim in February 2020. Pro Pacific was at my door within a few short hours to assess the damage and start the restoration process. I could not have asked for a better company to walk with me through this stressful period in my life .... and provide me with some much needed laughter along the way. I highly recommend this company!

Did everything they said they’d do and more. All the sub trades were on time and easy to deal with. During a very difficult time, DKI were helpful, supportive and always available.

When in December 2018, the worst windstorm to hit the west coast in 50 years uprooted our massive pine tree, it devastated the garden and went through the roof and walls of our home. One phone call produced a speedy response from the Cowichan office of ProPacific DKI who arrived in the deluge to cover the damage with tarpaulins. From the first planning meeting with ProPacific's project manager, we realized we were dealing with very competent people. As their various teams appeared on site, we were impressed with the calibre of the people who carried out their specialized tasks. They were prompt, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. Eventually, all that we had been promised was delivered within the agreed time frame. So, what seemed initially like a horror story, had a happy ending for us. The men and women on the ProPacific team did a fine job and won our applause. That's why it's our pleasure to award their company five stars out of five for their excellent performance.

The DKI Team were amazingly friendly and efficient in dealing with significant restoration work due to water damage in my home. It was a pleasure to deal with such a well-managed team. Their standard of workmanship was exceptional.

DKI Duncan has helped us out 3 times over the years. The last 2 times we had Amber as our Project Manager. Amber is always a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive to questions, gets the job done in a timely manner, and ensures quality workmanship. I highly recommend Amber and DKI.

We are very pleased with the wonderful flood remediation work done by the Duncan office Pro Pacific DKI at our cabin. They did a marvellous job with the cleanup and cleaning, and then painting the floors afterwards. The staff were responsive, pleasant and professional- a real pleasure to deal with. DKI isn’t a company we would have met if it wasn’t for a major flood that happened in our home.No one wants this to happen to them, however DKI has been here through it all with us.They promptly came and brought lots of machines to help dehumidify and dry as well as removed the damaged items.They’ve fixed all issues including minor ones after it was done.They answered question after question after question….. after question.They made it so we could return home just in time for Christmas (which was especially important to us as it was our babies first!)Thank you DKI for making our home, home again.
